The official website of the Kobato. TV Anime has been launched!
It got its own domain and everything (I mean, not just a page in NHK’s domain).
The website also announces that a special booth for Kobato. will be build for the Tokyo Anime Fair, which will happen this weekend. A life-size Kobato paper doll will be displayed in the booth!
The Kobato. anime starts in the japanese Autumn.

Things are certainly slow for us CLAMP fans as of late…
CLAMP-NET.COM’s staff was pretty late this time, but it’s finally here. Not much happening, though, mostly chapter schedules for today’s update.
undini-sama scanned everything “CLAMP” available in this month’s Newtype magazine, and that includes the 20th Anniversary article, Kobato. Drop. 12-B and Satsuki’s column.

In addition, the cover of XXXHOLiC #14 has finally made an appearance on Amazon.co.jp (thanks clamp_now for the info!).
This is the first time both Yuuko and Watanuki appears on the front cover since volume 1.
XXXHOLiC #14 goes on sale on the 17th.
The official website of the Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC OADs announced the guest list to appear in the first screening of XXXHOLiC Shunmuki Part 1.
The guests are:
Tsutomu Mizushima (director);
Sayaka Ohara (Yuuko’s seiyuu);
Mika Kikuchi (Mokona’s seiyuu).
CLAMP will not be attending the event.
The screening will happen on the next 25th, in Cinema Ikspiari as part of PRODUCTION I.G Theater Festival.

There are no new information about the anime. Cast is still undecided. There are, however, the names of the producer and producer assistant, but I can’t understand the kanjis =_= Producer is Yuuji Shibata and Assistant Producer is Yuuko Sugie (couldn’t find any info on her).
I think we can expect a new article each month in Newtype from now on, I guess that’s what happens when the manga is being serialized in Newtype itself xD Good for us!

There will be a Special Edition for Kobato. #4 to celebrate the recently-announced anime adaptation. It’ll be released in the Autumn to coincide with the anime broadcast.
More information will be given in the May issue of Newtype (on sale in April).
The information comes from an advertisement that came with Kobato. #3. was kind enough to let me know about it, scan the ad and translate its contents!
The ad reads:
“Kobato.” Fourth Comic Volume planned to have a Special Edition to Commemorate the Anime Adaption!!
Planned for sale in Fall 2009!
More information planned to be announced in the May issue of “Monthly Newtype.”

Now we know a possible release date for Kobato. #4 (I foresee no breaks if they want to release it up to October-November, then). This is so exciting, I can’t wait to find out more about the extras of this Special Edition.

Due to the New Year’s holiday, CLAMP-NET.COM’s update was done today. It caught me by surprise, really, they usually do this on the 28, not on the 26!
