As previously announced by CLAMP on their last twitcast, two “Card Captor Sakura” themed mobile sets are now on sale available for pre-order (release expected for the Japanese winter).
The sets include an iPhone 5/5s case and a strap each, with “Clow Card” and “Sakura Card” motifs:

The site says it’ll be available around winter (今冬頃発売予定)… so are these just pre-orders? And do they mail overseas?

These are pre-orders, yes, and I’m not sure if they mail overseas. Hopefully western stores like CD Japan will have it: http://www.cdjapan.co.jp/series/28 They have listed some of the recent CCS goods.
