If you go to the search bar around the middle of the page, and type in Legal Drug, you will find a nicely written piece by chibiyuuto that explains what’s going on so far with the series. As for what caused it to end, I’m not sure.

I wished X was back, but with this catastrophe happening in Japan, I’m pretty sure no magazine would allow it. It sounds like if there would more earthquakes in the series’ finale chapters because of that hiatus.
Chapter are coming in at a regular space, which is always appreciated. Sure, there isn’t as much news as when but Tsubasa and xxxHolic were running weekly with both anime on air to boot, but at least there’s no serialisation break. ^^
