No new additions for Kobato. Sad.

No new additions for Tsubasa either, basically. By the way, I’m not sure if Chapter 190 will be the last chapter of Tankoubon 24.

Kids-station will re-air the 1st and 2nd seasons of Tsubasa Chronicle starting on June 10.

An interview with Suga Shikao will be published in the June issue of Newtype magazine (out May 10), in it’s MUSIC corner. The interview will be about the creation process of NOBODY KNOWS and Shikao’s involvement with XXXHOLiC.

Watanuki is holding a mask too!
CLAMP-NET.COM is stating now that Special Edition will come with a PC wallpaper featuring the cover illustration. Amazon.co.jp has a bigger version of the front cover.
The single of NOBODY KNOWS will be released on May 14.
• Featuring CLAMP:
A large XXXHOLiC◆Kei feature and an interview with Nanase Ohkawa will be published in magazine Otona Anime Vol. 8, to be released on May 29 costing 1000 yens.
Oh my, I would give my left kidney to see that interview. I’m guessing this feature will be similar to that one published in Animation Note a couple of years ago. I wonder if we’ll be seeing any scans?

It looks like Clamp is going on a vacation with holic and then will also with Tsubasa the 3rd week of May T-T makes me sad…but I’m assuming it’s to once again get ahead on Tsubasa… >.>

Yeah, I think Tsubasa will speed up while XXXHOLiC will slow down for sure. I wouldn’t be surprised if volume 14 turns out to be the final XXXHOLiC volume.
About the 3-D LAND package, that was a mistake, it’s not supposed to appear in this post, it was originally posted two weeks ago XDD

See it this way, Tsubasa has 4 volumes left and XXXHOLiC has only 1 or 2, but they have to end simultaneously ^^

Right now I have the same doubt. Sometimes I think yes, sometimes I think not. Sometimes I think there’s just too much to tell in a single volume… we’ll see.

It saddens me that xxxHOLIC and Tsubasa are probably going to end soon. What will CLAMP work on next? There’s Kobato and the mangettes, but will that mean they’ll also be able to return to the other unfinished series (*cough* X *cough*)?
And I’m still wishing for more crossovers in Tsubasa. XD

It doesn’t sadden me at all XD I can’t wait for them to move on. As much as I love Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC, I want new material. Both of them are really long works for CLAMP’s standards.
And yes, there’s the possibility that they will resume some of their works such as X and GD.

I read it and unfortunately there isn’t anything interesting about it. I was also hoping for new hints, but not this time =/ And yes, you wrote his name right XD

I think that in the next tankohon Watanuki will finally receive Kohane-chan powers to get himself free of ayakashis.
I don’t agree with you that the next tanko will be the last. We still need to have a new appear of Jyourogumo (She said that she will see Watanuki again, didn’t she?), we still need a nice explanation about the Maru and Moro lack of souls and the creation of Mokona’s (I think they are the souls of Maru and Moro – Bodies fixed at earth, and souls that can travel between worlds something like this), and the true about Yuuko, who is she? Is she a really woman or a spirit/youkai/ayakashi/butterfly/whatever? And I also think that we need to discover if Zashiki Warashi is really a boy or if she is just a cute child girl xD.
I think it’s too much information to be explained in only one tankohon, but being Clamp we never know, right?
Oh, there’s also the conection with Tsubasa… But it must be explained in this next tanko.
I think we still have two or three tanko beyond, at least I hope so.
I think it could be 15tankos for XxX Holic and 30tankos for TsubasaRC

Exactly. I too think there are so many things left to be explained. But CLAMP is known for rushing things up in their final tankoubons, so I don’t really know.
I’m not saying that it WILL end in tankoubon 14, I don’t know for sure. But I do think it could happen, if they make 14 a “revelations” tankoubon.

I was feeling that way for a while until Kamui popped up then I went *Squee*. Now I want TRC to end even more… unless the twins comes up again of course. (Seishirou can stay away from the spotlight)

The Tokyo arc surely boosted things up for Tsubasa by a huge lot, the story changed drastically after that.
But freaking 24 volumes (and it’s not over), it’s by far the longest CLAMP work. It has been going for 5 years now, it’s time to wrap things up.
And the twins will definitely appear again, I shall look forward to that ^^

I really don’t want ‘Holic and Tsubasa to end, so I try not to think about it XD. It’s just, holy crap, we keep going through volumes so fast it seems (atleast in Tsubasa’s case)! But everything must come to an end. 🙂

I want CLAMP to achieve their other works (X, LawfulDrug and CLOVER)!
Yeah, HOLiC haves many secret to reveal in 2 or 3 tanko’…
I think more than TRC, that I think we know the biggests secrets…
Now,if they continue their other works, they can introduce new cross-over elements with TRC and HOLiC….
I imagine ‘TRC xcrossx X’ and ‘HOLiC xcrossx LawfulDrug’! It can be gorgeous!

Do you know why ch. 189 hasn’t come out yet? It’s taking a while for some reason…I’ve been hearing rumors about the spoilers and I’m eager to read it.
