The first of the series of interviews with Mokona has been published on today’s issue of the japanese newspaper Asahi Shimbun. And online version of the interview can be seen here.
The article + interview is a bit short and not much revealing, being more focused on CLAMP itself rather than her book, but I’m not sure if the contents of the online and printed versions are different. However, the article features a lovely new picture of Mokona ^__^
It’s been 2 weeks since the latest volumes of XXXHOLiC and TRC came out on sale, and it’s time to see how well they went on the rankings !
First we had a transcription of the Press Conference, and now we have a deeper look of the fan’s panel where around 5000 people attended.

This week we don’t have neither Tsubasa nor XXXHOLiC, but ladydarkmoon-san managed to make this week as cheerful as the other ones ^__^ Thank you my dear *bows*
There’s an american book called “Masters of Manga” where the writer got to review and interview various famous mangakas, including, of course, our favorite ones.
The material is VERY good indeed. There’s a very nice interview where we get to know more about the process of creation of the CLAMP mangas, how they make certain decisions, how they present their work to the publishers, how is their routine, stuff like that.
The guy who writes the review is excellent ! He talks about CLAMP in such a nice way, he really valuates CLAMP’s work and if someday I was to write a review on CLAMP, I would write very similar to him ^__^
And last but not least, we get to see some pics of CLAMP working on Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC ^__^

In case there’s a kind soul will plan to translate it, may I give my opinion in which one do first? ‘Kay… I’m really looking thirsty to GD’s one, since is the 1st interview I ever seem about it and there’s a question regarding the Wish’s main chara (don’t know how to spell it right now ^^”) which has also the surname “Kudou” (same of Kazahaya’s) and I’d like to know if there’s any relative-ness.
Also, the word Asuka is mentioned often towards the end of the interview, which could be an answer to the current pause? The use of CG is also mentioned… I wonder how often they use it? *not liking the thought*

For those who have plans to visit Japan by the middle of the year but couldn't get to see CLAMP Su, here's a good news (and for the people who can't go too ^^):
CLAMP Su will officialy have another season ! This time on Yokoyama Memorial Manga Museum starting from July 1st to September 25th.
This is such a good news ! I do hope we get to see new goodies, features, etc.. and also the exposition to come back later to one more season (When CLAMP will be already 17th and still celebrating their 15th XD)
Changing to ツバサCARACTere GuiDE, I got a bit more of information about it. From what I could understand, it seems that there will be a kind of a big summary of the first 7 volumes of the series (kind of the CLAMP No Kiseki flashback, maybe?). But the thing that made me really jumps is that it’ll also come with a long CLAMP Interview ^___^ Of course there will be other things among them, but these are the ones I could catch ^_^
