Episode 14 is up for download at CLAMP no Kyoto Agaru Sagaru‘s official website.

  • Last episode of 2015.
  • They all made a review of the past year.
  • Mokona talked a lot about Shuins, which are seal stamps given at shrines to its visitors. They talked about Goshuin Book, which is a book in which you collect these stamps. These two tweets are saying that CLAMP are planning to release a Goshuin Book of their own? But of course this could be only their wishful thinking and completely wrong. I’m not even sure how that would work…?
  • Perhaps the most important tidbit from this episode was CLAMP hinting that they will go abroad in 2016! At least that’s what this tweet says. It’s not clear whether they will go for vacation or to attend an event or convention — let’s hope it’s the latter!

  1. Most temples sell their own (go-)shuin books for worshipers to buy. They are covered in cloth and are bound accordion style so that you can open the book and display the temple stamp & calligraphy on the family shrine/altar shelf. In recent years fashion designers and artists have designed their own (go-)shuin book covers and those can be found at various shops (bookstores/stationery stores/lifestyle goods shops).

The books are sold blank so Clamp would only be designing the fabric cover. Considering the group’s interest in kimono and textile arts in recent years it’s definitely possible this is project that could happen. More than Clamp characters themselves we’d probably seen motifs and designs similar to what they designed for their ‘Okimono Kimono’ book.

    • Whoa I see now! Thank you so very much for the explanation. Indeed it would be very neat to have a (go)shuin book designed by them. Mokona is particularly good at it.
