We are finally reaching the end of volume 28. I’m assuming Chapter 230 or 231 will be the last one for that volume. And then welcome volume 29, yey… I wanted you SO much ¬¬ (XD).

I wonder if they’re going for thirty volumes. If I get all the Happy Ends I really want to see, they can do whatever the hell they want. I don’t care anymore. T_T

Maybe they’re doing it Ranma 1/2 style: “Okay, now that the two main characters start to actually like each other… let’s start with the story and give it another two dozen volumes!”

I’m glad about Holic’ schedule, I actually looks a lot more forward those then TRC’s chapters right now…Well…TRC…let’s just say that I am on stand-by right now: I’ve been following this series step by step for 6 years now, so I can only hope my dedication as a fan will be rewarded with an ending with not too many plot holes XD

We didn’t have a single color page for this volume… very weird. Maybe we will still have it or maybe they will color Chapter 220 splash specially for the tankoubon? O.o
Me too! I have been reading the latest chapters and not feeling slightly motivated to talk about them. Nothing “happens” for like months xDDDD I’m done with Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC, I’m ready for their next project =)

I’m tired of waiting and waiting. I loved xxxholic, i really loved it and looked forward to every chapter. But this is the end, I’m tired, I no longer care about Doumeki’s decision.

I think its funny because even the fans are going like “please finish it!!” – Tsubasa started…OMG! 7 years ago…I thought it was six! 8-0

As for Holic…something tells me that the 16th will be the last, because the two mangas – since they are sister stories – are gonna end at the same time

xxxHOLiC’s schedule is actually wrong. CLAMP’s site is showing there isn’t a chapter on the 7th this month now. It’s a longer wait now until the next chapter. 🙁

I can’t even begin to say how mad I am they put off xxxholic another week after they cancelled it last month too. Ugh. And then Tsubasa and it’s lack of having anything happen for weeks sometimes. This is completely ridiculous. I wish they would hurry up and end already. 🙁
I completely lost track of XXXHOLiC and how many times it’s been pushed back over and over xD But yeah, they pushed it for another week =/
I agree with everyone that the constant stalling in Tsubasa and lack of Holic updates is beginning to get ridiculous. Over the years I’ve become more of a fan of xxxHOLIC than Tsubasa, and it’s frustrating to see CLAMP pushing Holic’s chapters back when, really, nothing is happening in Tsubasa. It’s just a prolonged fight scene.
I hope they wrap up the vampire subplot though (but I’m having my doubts). That would be the one thing would could allow me to stomach another volume or so of Tsubasa now…
It’s getting very annoying. Both series could have ended at the beginning of this year, if it weren’t for all the breaks…
I think the new XXXHOLiC OAD is partly to be blamed for xD

For Tsubasa, this kind of confused me. Does that mean both magazines will be released on that day? Or is the chapter spread across two magazines, one released on the 16th, the second released later?
If that makes sense.
Anywho sucks about Holic. I just read it a week or so ago, and I definitely prefer the story to Tsubasa. D: Hope they both wrap up soon!
