The price for the INTERNET RADIO MAGAZINE Komugikotoride no Yonshimin book has been decided, it’ll cost 1680 yens. The book is scheduled for August.

Mokona’s birthday:

Today, Mokona of CLAMP is celebrating her birthday! The woman of fabulous manual skills that can make your heart beat faster with her gorgeous drawings, nobody can stop her when she’s got a pen and a piece of paper ^___^

I give my sincere congratulations to her, and I hope a wonderful year full of happiness, health, accomplishments, as well as many other birthdays to come!

  4. Yo, Chibi-Yuuto!! Nice to see Kobato back on schedule after a long while. Okaeri nasai, Ioyroygi!! *SQUEE!* Well, even though we want TRC to continue for a straight streak, we were aware that it needs a breaker for a while. Demo, sore wa daijoubu desu. It’s good that HOLiC is not having too many breakers for now.

    As for Mokona’s birthday, my favorite CLAMP lady… I just want to wish her a very big…

    TANJOUBI OMEDETOU GOZAIMASU, MOKONA-SAMA!!

    I really love the drawing that Nekoi and I find it hontou kawaii with her beautiful kimono while Lelouch is serving the cocktail for her. In the words of Tomoyo Daidouji: “Subarashii desu wa!!” ^//^ Speaking of that… why don’t we all celebrate her birthday with bottle of sake!! /

        I’m really am shocked that Nekoi told her to watch the alcohol this year. ^^; I thought that this kind of advice would normally go to Ohkawa since I’m thinking that she is the “party type” person!! XDD Perhaps the alcohol helps her to write such good angsty scripts for TRC… XDDDD

          • Yes, you’re right about all the cocktails that she made. That is why I love about her the most, she is the most creative person. I just happened to be a creative person too!

            • But as far as I know she didn’t create them, I thought she was, at first, too, but then I found out she was just making famous recipes ^^

              • O-Oi!! Making recipes is another way of being creative too, you know. Even if it comes from another source. Still, Mokona is very creative in other things as well like creating the character of Sakura Kinomoto from her niece.

                After all, all the CLAMP ladies, including Ohkawa are very creative women. Because of their great talents, this is why they are very famous around Japan and the world. ^^

                Let’s just continue to celebrate her birthday, ne?

      Indeed vol 20 was something we don’t see everyday XD But maybe they’ll have to keep up with that pace now that they have the next 4 volumes with release dates decided! TALK ABOUT PRESSURE XD

      • that pressure is GOOD! haahahah! …but Istil think they will have to change the other DVD release dates xDDDD 2 months are only 8 chapters.. and lately they go for 9 chapters per volume… this way they can’t make a single break and must make longer chapters!!! I neithr want them to push it so much… breaks are good if not abused… Anyway, I seriously doubt that shedule will be real… but I can also be wrong XD

        • Yeah, chances are that these dates might get postponed indeed, specially the last one, but I hope not XD CLAMP know how to work under pressure, so unless something bad happens (like one of them getting sick, god forbids!), I think they’ll match all deadlines.

    Kobato is back on her steady pace, good. A break between the two tankoubon in Tsubasa and three color pages for Tankoubon 21. And xxxHolic has two chapters in a row (it always comes in batch of two chapters these days).

        Exactly, that’s painful enough to have a weekly manga chapter’s lenght once a month, Clamp’s better to never skip a Newtype issue as long as Kobato is in it. *Tomoe is angry*

  9. The dream ended and now Tsubasa has a break. Just one week not much suffering at all XDD Also, no breaks for Kobato!! ^_^ oh, thanks! the last punishment was very hard +__+

    As I said before Mokona is the one responsible of giving live to most of Ohkawa’s ideas. Really she is a person to admire. Personally I love her art and I know how much detail and effort she puts on each drawing. After all, it’s not the same just watching than trying to do the same XDDD I said that because when I try to draw like her, I have to take care of little but important details. That’s why I just draw on special events XDDDD Therefore, my best wishes for her!!! ^_^

      You know very well what’s like to draw. I don’t draw but I have a great admiration for who does, because I’ve tried to do it many times but realized I wasn’t born with that gift XD It’s a very hard work for only a few, and she does extremelly well.

    Well there’s a break for Tsubasa, but there are several chapters of Kobato and, most important, of xxxHolic. OMG, I really don’t know what is going to happen in both series, Tsubasa and xxxHolic are completely linked now, I like¡¡¡
    I’m so glad because there’ll be 3 coloured pages in the new tankoubon¡¡¡ Please Fye, Kurogane and Xiaorang in colour¡¡¡ Or better, the twins in colour¡¡

  21. Speaking of Mokona, yesterday I found this old pic. On the earrings I can see names of both mokonas, not Soel and Larg but Sigil (Seal) and Lag (this one is a bit illegible, I’m not quite sure about it). Is that possible that we all spelled their names wrong all this time? o_0 What do you think about it, Chibiyuuto-kun?

    Thank you for the updates 😀 I am eager to read more of Tsubasa !!!!! hihi

    I am a bit confused about Sakura’s wishes and payed prices while she was in Infinity. Can you help me out?

    Wish 1 – She wants to restaure the previous country (to make the 3 others think « she’s with them and has not changed »)
    Price 1 – The standard chess price (which I don’t think we get to know what it is. Might have increased Shaoran’s powers making him surpass Fye’s powers.)

    Wish 2 – She wants to travel alone.
    Price 2 – Must get the special throphy that allows this. (but doesn’t really have to do with Yuuko.)

    Wish 3 – Get 2 feathers in order to exceed Fye’s half magic and get killed before Shaolan.
    Price 3 – Must make the 3 others enter in the chess competition.

    Wish 4 – Select the world she will go to (she want’s to go to the dream world).
    Price 4 – Her good luck.

    Wish 5 – Hide the fact that she only saw Shaoran killed and not the 4 of them.
    Price 5 – Right leg

    Wish of the others – Go to Celes
    Price of the others – Reward of the chess which we don’t know what it is. This means that there will be no restauration of previous world for now. In addition, Fye must use his own magic to travel to Celes although he would have prefered to lose his eyesight !?!

    Also, since when does the swords of Shaoran and Kurogane come out of Mokona ???
