Tsubasa 112 + XXXHOLiC 104

not much to say today because I’m a bit sick @_@

The splash page reminds me of that Kamui in the bath pic ^^

After so many X, a bit of Tsubasa xDDD I liked this chapter because it was so Fye-centric, with lots of pretty scene compositions *-* I love the scene where he falls on the wall (and I swear I got some Kyle flashbacks when he laughed xD).

Kurogane corners him again and shoots new questions we all wanted to ask. Btw, it must have been a very good chapter for the KuroxFye lovers XD

So according to iamsocool12345-chan translations, Fye used his magic to save the others because he doesn’t want anybody to get hurt because of him….(So Kamui-like o.o”) humm Is that why he’s running from Ashura? Because Ashura wants to be killed by Fye, maybe? O.o or is it the other way around? I do think there’s some killing in this all xD

And omg other!Syaoran wakes up… and that’s not all, he lost his tattoos too ! Were they some sort of seal ? o.o”
What is he going to do now? Hunt Syaoran down? Or control him at distance…?

I’m very curious for next chapter… we’ll probably see Fei Wang’s reaction (maybe some more revelations) and on top of that, it’ll be 29-pages long *-* And Tsubasa is on the cover too !

As for XXXHOLiC, I don’t have much to say because I need translations @_@ Unless that Yuuko is great on that sakura kimono.

So, the big announcements were indeed the Drama CDs, I suppose. And by the way, both stories will be linked ^_~

    • I know, it’s very pretty ! I love the way CLAMP draws water, they just -know- how to make it look so real (it must be such a hard thing to draw).

      As for knowing what Kurogane said, why don’t you read Jamie-chan’s translations? I posted her LJ link on my post ^_~

        • What the – @_@ I didn’t even know someone was doing TRC translations! Since I don’t see the (script) link like the Holic ones have. YAY now I will go read 8D!

          Oh Fye. Wow, looking at him back up and slide down the wall like that, and seeing him be vulnerable, makes me really want to know more. O__o I hope the chapter about his past comes soon.

          • Well, on the room of requirement page for tsubasa, there is a link to Pikari-san’s translations O.o as far as I’m concerned she’s still doing them.

  3. KuroxFye moments, other!Syaoran wakes up – all happens in the world of X’s characters. I mean… X!
    It’s so professional, just usual for CLAMP… Another mangaka would’ve focussed on X now but they don’t – they didn’t forget they actually have a story they need to tell (i.e.: TRC’s story). I hope this is the beginning of the end. I don’t like too long series so I’d be pleased if Tsubasa would end in a few volumes (so we can see Subaru and Seishirou in the end ♥).

    I really love the angst!Fye, can’t get enough of him. *-* And Kurogane touched his arm!!! *squee* (Yep, right, I am a KuroxFye shipper. Shame. on. me. xD)
    I wonder what will happen next, the 29-pages thing sounds nice… I ask myself… will the other!Syaroan pop up in this dimension? Uhuuuhu… I suppose that would be uncomfortable for the situation there.

    • Yeah, seems like Ohkawa-sensei planned lots of things for this world… like this world has always been in her mind ! Which makes me love her even more !

      I want to believe this is “the beginning of the end” too (I love that sentence xD), as much as I love Tsubasa, I want to see the end so desperately >_<

      Next chapter looks indeed promising… I'm curious to what the other Syaoran will DO from now on… will he chase Syaoran? are they gonna "meet"? He can even kill Fei Wang, did you ever think on that possibility? It would be so cliche but so cool (and it's a very logical thing if you think about it xD).

      • Ohkawa-sensei is indeed a really interesting person, so yeah, it might be that this world was one of the first she did think of. At least I wouldn’t be surprised…

        Same here. ;_; I want to know more about Fye, Seishirou, Syaoran… and I want to see Subaru. I just started TRC because of Subaru and Seishirou and the possibility to see them again, both living. (Okay, do vampires really live? No idea… XD)

        That’d be great!! O.O I never thought about it but it sounds logical to me. Reminds me of Chobits, somehow. *g*
        Maybe there will be a big fight between the two Syaorans? That’d be a awesome ending… like in Rayearth (when they had to fight against the ones they love and care about).
        I’m so curious what the end will look like… (besides I’m pretty sure it’ll be a great happy-end, I’ve got no idea) D8

          • I think a Syaoran X Syaoran fight is pretty possible o.o

            If they fight like Fuuma and Kamui I’ll die of cuteness… *g* XDDD

            No, he didn’t die because of them. It’s jut a bit similar because it is something the creator didn’t expect to happen (Freya in love and other!Syaoran a mad killer). And it reminds me of Nataku… O_o Very much, I’ve to say, it’s *so* similar. This glass envelope they both slept in… maybe other!Syaoran will get a nice sword? xD

            • Ow I got your meaning… yeah, I agree, like the whole “creature rebelling against it’s creator” idea. That’s what I meant it was a bit clichê (but still, it would be very nice !)

  4. I love this chapter – this world just keeps getting better and better, Fai looks so fragile and broken at the end – poor thing – and how dare Yuuto and Kasanagi interrupt I wanted to know more!

    I agree with you on the tattoo thing, they definately seem like they were restraints now, I think I’m more interested in how everyone else will react to this other Syaoran.

    A nice long chapter next week ^^…^^;; and I’m going away, damn it! oh well will have lots to love over when I get back.

    • other!Syaoran waking up is definitely an important sign and I’d say that it’s even marking the beginning of the final part. I’m very curious to see what he’s up to. I hope he’s not some slave of Fei Wang’s orders… it would be cool to see him acting on his own.

    You know, if Other Syaoran killed Fei Wong, I might not mind. Tsubasa’s sort of CLAMP’s manga of cliches, anyway, and Fei Wong is so so sosososo useless.

      I might not mind either… it's cliche but it's awesome. He could kill all of his bitches too, letting only Xing Huo to tell the story xDDDDDDDD Alright I'll stop.
      Anyway, remember that pic with Syaoran and his refelection on the water? So, WHAT IF that was in fact the other Syaoran? He was tattoo-less because he IS tattoo-less now O.o
      And everything is destroyed in his surroundings… INCLUDING THE MIRROR… hummmmmmmm

      Eu espero q ele naum fique q nem um robo, sem personalidade nenhuma, seguindo as ordens do Fei Wang, eu acho q as atitudes dele são mais interessantes o.o

    hope i dont get killed for posting a link to fanscans for a lisensed manga, but got here: http://groups.msn.com/eXeXeXHOLICManga/ for up to date scans. (change the name to TsubasaReservoirChroniclesOnlineManga/ for TRC up to date scans.
    (the holic site only has 102 tho…103 and 104 fanscans arent up yet, but im sure bill will put them up soon)

    • Basically, on X, Kazuki is the the child whom they took the DNA cells from, to create Nataku. Got it? Nataku is cloned after Kazuki. I’m quite sure Kazuki was a girl on X, though.

  14. hmmm in typical clamp fashion they go on a tangent just as things are getting really interesting!

    I wasn’t a Fye/Kurogane shiper but this chapter…

    Evil! Shaoran is awake…squee…am looking foward to the menance/evil he will comit from now on!

    As to XXXhoic…this would be the perfect arc for a TB cross or mention, what with the X cross in Tsubasa.

    Have random visions of Sakurazuka! Subaru appearing randomly…sigh a fan girl can dream!

  15. I think Shadow Syaoran’s tatoos kept him asleep, and when he woke up, they disappeared. The marks around the glass that he got rid of I think were what kept him sustained in there. When he said, “…Syaoran…” It either means he wants to kill him, or he wants to reunite with him. It’s hard to tell after he choked Syaoran like he did, but for some reason I sensed some kind of longing in his eyes. And poor Fai…he looks like a wreck. Kurogane kakkoi! He was so tough! Poor Syaoran…after all he had gone through in Recourt and now here, on top of it he has a fever. As if his day could get any WORSE?!!! lol. Anyways, I can’t wait for the next chappie!

    • I was so expecting Syaoran to get sick though. I mean, it would have been crap if they’d had him get beaten up several times and then the next day he’s fine. That was a _crossbow_. He was _shot_. If he didn’t have problems after that it would have been DBZ-ish. Plus, you know, maybe the other Syaoran being awake would make him sick too. Oh, maybe he won’t wake up until the other Syaoran goes back to sleep! Nah.
