The most high-lighted news is definitely X Artbook’s covers, which we can finally see ! It even got the TOP News at their home page !

Has anybody seen her? She’s NOWHERE ! No news at CLAMP-NET and no tank for December either (according to Shogakukan’s scheduled comics for December).
Although, I’m still betting on it’s return for December on Sunday GX… there’s still time.

Next chapters scheduled (red means new):
26/10 – Shonen Magazine #48 – Chapter 95 (on sale).
11/02 – Shonen Magazine #49 – Chapter 96.
11/09 – Shonen Magazine #50 – Chapter 97.
11/16 – Shonen Magazine #51 – No Tsubasa scheduled.
11/22 – Shonen Magazine #52 – Chapter 98.
11/30 – Shonen Magazine #53 – Chapter 99. (This is probably the last chapter of tank 13)
So I think this is what CLAMP is doing, chapter 99 is probably the last one for vol 13, because if you count all the pages we already have for vol 13, that means 100 pages. So, with 96~99 ahead, that means an average of 20 per chapter, which will do exact 180 pages, completing vol 13.
That way, we’ll have big chapter 100 opening vol 14. Color pages are expected, surely !
The 5th DVD for the anime series (episodes 15~18) will be out on December 23rd.

Nothing good for XXXHOLiC .__.

That american exhibition I told in my previous post is already being held and CLAMP is featured on it, have any of you already saw it?
CLAMP is featured on December edition (on sale) of Puff magazine (always our dear puff). The content is the report about CLAMP’s lecture on Tokyo University of Art and Design. I previously posted here about it, it has some new comments by CLAMP too.
Now, finally, we get to see some new X art after months, on the artbook covers !

YAAAAY ^___^ Although, I’d like to see Kamui on the Infinity cover rather than Fuuma but… is okay !
The pic is too small, but I zoom-ed it a lot in windows and they are quite Tsubasa-ish, aren’t they? >.<
CLAMP also updated the LINKS section (after years) with sites of the seiyuus for Yuuko, Mokona and Sakura.

Ahh thank you so much for the CLAMP news! *bows bows* I was wondering, where do you gather all of your information? Is it just from the official site? I’m really just too lazy to read through all that Japanese (even if I could technicall do it), heh. I know you run a lot of CLAMP things so I’m just admiring your dedication! I’m actually starting a CLAMP collective but gaaah so much information out there!! Anyway, I just wanted to say “thanks” and keep up the good work!!

About the art, is a bit too hard to say if it is Tsubasa-ish now, lets wait until a better cover scan is released to say anything… *crosses fingers*

I loved the covers too… and I noticed some nice paradoxes:
Apart from the fact that they are in the same position, Kamui and Fuuma, Kamui is wearing a black uniform with red ribbon… and Fuuma is wearing a white uniform with blue ribbon, see? Ah I love those ! ^^

*is terrible excited for Infinity* Fuuma ♥ And I don’t know if you’ve been asked this before or even if I have asked – my memory is flat out awful – but will you be posting links to where one can buy it? I know someone said Amazon Japan before, but I’m awful with navigating sites like that @.@

Yes, the sign up process will be in English as long as you follow step 1 and 2, and you will be able to edit your orders in English too. Only the main job, shopping the items, is in Japanese, but all you have to do is click the yellow button cart ^_^.
As for the rest, you just answer the questions. Oh, and look out for the special link to the foreign adress shipping form, the main form for adress is build for Japanese ones.

For X artbooks drawing, they don’t seem that changed (well, it’s hard to tell since there’s no full arm or leg). I wonder if they draw Saya and whoever is “the world” on the back of the artbook like they did with the tankoubon …
As for Kamui’s eyes they seem to be like the one he had on the last part of the manga and the pamphlet of Clamp Su’s drawing. His hands seem a bit big though, but maybe it’s just me …

Hello ! Congratulations for your blog, I discovered it 5 months ago, and now I can’t stop checking it everyday ! As a huge HP and Clamp, you are the best information source I could ever find ! (Sorry for the mistakes, french teachers don’t teach us very well how to speak english !)
I just wanted to know if we know whether Infinity will contain the 19 and 20 X covers. Because if Clamp (grrr…) releases a new version of Infinity in a few months (or even years) after they get published, I would be very disappointed… So, what are the latest news ?

We won’t know until the release of the artbook, thought there’s no mention for other new picture except for the cover, so likely the covers of the last two tankoubon won’t be there.

tarot cards?
each volume of x had a tarot card, right? if x-19 has the sun card, that leaves judgment and the world, presumably. in the original x-zero, the tarot card was the fool (with Saya Monou). will x-infinity and x-zero (version 2) have the last two? (even though x-zero (version 1) has the fool)

Yes.But I’m a Chinese,so Chinese is easy for me to write.Now I’m studying English in school,and we must study a second foreign language in our school,such as Japanese,German,Spanish,Korean and so on.So I chose Japanese,because I like it very much.~~But Japanese is not our main lesson.^^

O engraçado é que fãs de shoujo não consideram CLAMP. Eles sempre martelam que CLAMP é muito comercial >.< Sei disso pois faço parte de uma lista de shoujo manga. Qdo eles começam a meter o pau (ainda bem que o nível é bom e não partem pra baixaria) e eu sou a única que defende… Fica difícil, eles menospresam o trabalho delas u.u Se CLAMP está entre mangakás do nível de Ryouko Ikeda, Hagio Moto, Osamu Tezuka nesse evento, eles deveriam ter mais consideração com o trabalho delas u.u
Ah! Vc fazia parte do grupo CLAMP_NOW né?! Vc sabe o que aconteceu com ele? Acabou? Ninguém quis me informar ¬¬
