I loved the splash page, really cute, and the water scene, which CLAMP knows how to draw very well!

Fye got disqualified and Oujirou imitating him is teh great XD

Now there are 15 people left in the race, and a 60% page filled up with a determined Sakura, who is in 15th place, no surprise if she wins the race later, I’d like to see her getting her own feather for once.

Next chapter has a color page and it’s 26 pages long, I just don’t know if Sakura-chan will be able to get it.

      I thought he would go a little bit further… it’s a surprise to see him disqualified now… but it’s very good that our heros can still lose ^^

      That thought is really hard to believe XDDDDD Maybe our shadowy guy will sabotage Kurogane… nothing more logical since he won the 1st race… so the path will be free for Sakura.

    • i don’t think it’s Ohjiro imitating Fai. I think it’s Kentarou (from Duklyon) with Takeshi (also from Duklyon) looking not too happy about it.

  3. Thanks again! A lot of people got knocked out of the race this time. Fai’s so cute this chapter. XD Next chapter ends the race; I hope Sakura wins, but if she doesn’t, I wonder if the gang will steal it? They’ve always been the good guys in every world…

    Well, Fai crashed in a spectacular fashion. Complete with his patented “oh shit, I’m gonna die” look. It’s hard to tell, was there a reason he crashed or did he just hit the wall (so to speak)?

    Sakura’s ultra-determined look at the end makes her look like Hikaru.

      I believe he really did hit the wall… I think that as the tube was all round-y and tiny, the manage of the car was difficult.

    • From what I’ve understood,the tube was supposed to move to make things less easy for the racers…but,just when Kurogane was exiting it,the tube started to move too much in a strange way,almost crushing the guys..or at least this is what I think. o.o

      Um poko dos 2 XDDDD Minha ultima semana de aulas teve trabalhos e provas todos os dias… mas jah passo e agora q eu to de ferias pretendo postar mais…
      Mas realmente as noticias não estao tao boas assim ú.ù…

      Por mais q eu goste MT do Fye eu acho “legal” q ele tenha perdido… pelo menos naum fica akela coisa cliche que os herois sempre vencem…

    • By the way…

      I can’t remember, but is it the baddie’s car also dark on the upside part? All of it?

      Because Kyle’s car is not colored black in the part we can see of it on the close-ups.

  13. Thanks a lot Sakura-chan!

    I don’t think Ojirou’s imitating Fye, it looks like a sign meaning “I give up” they were told to use by the officials before the race, Kentarou is doing the same with is finger and Takeshi is almost doing it also. Maybe I have too much imagination. ^_~

    As for when the race will be over, well, we didn’t see Syaoran or Sakura pass through the check point, so that will likely be the sumery of the next chapter, #83 (Syaoran pass through, Sakura pass through and Kurogane is about to pass the third). Maybe some other people will be knocked out, maybe the saboteur will finally add some action…
    Chapter 84, check piont three …
    Chapter 85, final run, the saboteur will be spotted …
    Chapter 86, epilogue and a brand new world …
    (I really hope it won’t last any longer than that ¬_¬)

    Oh my, that means no new world before August! T_T Fortunately, there’s a new Harry Potter this month.

    As for the saboteur, Kyle is still my suspect #1.

    And about my theory of the number of books, I’m beginning to think there will be more than 21 volumes …

    I’ve been coming to your journal every so often whenever I can, and it’s been so awesome getting all these updates with CLAMP! I greatly appreciate the effort you put forth, thankyou!^^

    Also, I’d like to ask if I can take the latest scans you put out on your journal here for a forum I attend to.
