HiGH&LOW manga series to begin on March 22

This week’s Weekly Shonen Magazine is coming with a HiGH&LOW postcard drawn by CLAMP in anticipation of the its manga adaptation.

The postcard itself has yet to appear but the same issue is announcing that the serialization is set to begin on Weekly Shonen Magazine #16, which will be released on March 22. The announcement can be seen at the top right corner of this week’s Weekly Shonen Magazine cover.

We have a nice close-up of Sakura. So beautiful! I love the gradient effects (even on her fingers) that CLAMP seem to be so into lately.

The next issue of Weekly Shonen Magazine, to be released on March 08, will come with a postcard of HiGH&LOW drawn by CLAMP as an appendix.

This will be the first official art by CLAMP for HiGH&LOW.

The same issue is also going to announce the issue in which the serialization shall start.

There is also a glimpse of the acrylic keychain, with a new drawing by CLAMP, that will come with the special limited edition.

Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ vol. 2 release date

The March issue of Nakayoshi magazine is announcing that the second volume Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ will be released on April 1st.

This is the same day as Sakura’s birthday (as you know) and also the same day that the Sakura Festival 2017 will take place, with the anime cast members scheduled to attend.

Like volume 1, volume 2 will also have a limited edition going on sale simultaneously containing the following original goods:

  • Original postcard featuring the Syaoran and Sakura illustration from Chapter 2 title page.
  • Original badge set with one badge of 7 cm size and 3  badges of 5 cm size featuring the color illustrations published in Nakayoshi.
  • Original acrylic keychain sized 11 cm x 7,5 cm with new art drawn by CLAMP.

I think it’s nice that they are gonna record the first performance and release it in PLAYBUTTON. Hopefully we’ll be able to listen to it one day. And that blanket looks nice! That booklet package looks beautiful as well, and the keychains, and the clearfile. Oh dear, I want it all!
