On its second week of sales, the fourth volume of Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ dropped to the 6th position in Oricon’s weekly ranking, with an estimate of 102,784 copies sold.
The above numbers are for the regular edition, only. Sale numbers for the Special Edition (smartphone goods) are unknown.
Combining the sales for both weeks, Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ #4 sold an estimate of 199,381 copies overall so far. This is the lowest overall sales by the second week for a Clear Card volume to date.
It is worth mentioning that Oricon only takes into account a certain number of shops. These numbers are only an estimate and it’s possible that the real figures are higher than these.

I was half hoping that the broadcast of the TV Anime on NHK public channel would boost the sales a little and maybe even make the previous volumes to reappear on the ranking but alas, that didn’t happen.
We will still see volume 4 showing up for a 3rd, 4th and hopefully 5th week. Stay tuned.
