The third volume of Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ dropped to the 6th position in Oricon’s weekly ranking, with an estimate of 89,155 copies sold in its second week of sales.

The above numbers are for the regular edition. The Special Edition (OAD) did not appear in this week’s top 50.

Combining the sales for both versions, Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ #3 sold an estimate of 245,134 copies overall! That is slightly better than the overall second week sales for volume 2, but slightly less than the overall second week sales for volume 1.

It is worth mentioning that Oricon only takes into account a certain number of shops. These numbers are only an estimate and it’s possible that the real figures are higher than these.

Kodansha has recently announced that the Clear Card arc series has 1.5 copies in print.

It is going really well! It is likely that volume 3 will show up for one or two weeks more, at least.
