Kodansha will release a limited edition HiGH&LOW g-sword Goods Box with the following contents:

  • 2 acrylic stands, with new drawing by CLAMP (picture on the right);
  • 1 masking tape;
  • 1 ticket holder, with new drawing by CLAMP;
  • 6 postcards.

I’m assuming the postcards won’t feature new illustrations by CLAMP, considering nothing is mentioned about it. It will probably feature the few color illustrations that we’ve seen so far, including the postcard that came as an appendix in Weekly Shonen Magazine earlier this year.

HiGH&LOW g-sword Goods Box will be released on September 15 costing 2,980 yens.

Pre-order it at Amazon.jp | CD Japan.

And while we are at it, to promote the release of the film HiGH&LOW THE MOVIE 2 / END OF SKY, which opens on August 19 in Japanese cinemas, CLAMP recently drew the poster featuring the characters in chibi-style:

  1. I saw the news about these this morning on their twitter account, but was very surprised to see that it was available on amazon and even cdjapan, I somehow expected it to be something you could only get in Japan haha~

    Still, what a terrible release date: in spite of my lack on interest and even if I wanted to act like an hardcore fan and even get goods I’m not into, I’m obviously using my money on sept 14th for the limited edition of CCS vol 03 and 2 weeks after that, the elephant in the room: the Sakura Stars Bless you figure!

    The chibi artworks are adorable though, and I couldn’t help myself but be reminded of the TRC artwork when I saw them in their black suits holding white lilies ^^

    • Since I will be in Japan when this comes out, I will leave to decide whether I’ll buy it or not while I’m there. I’m still not sure about it.

      And I also thought of that particular Tsubasa spread when I saw the acrylic stands!
