The official website confirms the information that the Tsubasa and XXXHOLiC’s OADs will have two OADs each, resulting in a total of 4 OADs.
「ツバサ」「×××HOLiC」ともに前後編のオリジナルアニメーションDVDの制作が決定。
And in opposition to what has been reported previously, XXXHOLiC’s OAD will be directed by Tsutomu Mizushima alone, and not by him and Shunsuke Tada. Tsutomu Mizushima, Shunsuke Tada and Nanase Ohkawa are members of the XXXHOLiC/Tsubasa project.
Kodansha has a hotsite to pre-order the limited edition of XXXHOLiC #14 here. The pre-order via Kodansha’s website is only available for customers residing in Japan.

4 OADs in total is nice, Tsubasa has more OADs than any other Kodansha manga.

The Mangettes project was expected for Spring 2009 but some AnimeExpo 2008 reports are saying that DarkHorse announced Mangettes for Summer 2009. I think they postponed it for when TRC and XXXHOLiC are over.

That is a great new, but I’m not thaaaaaaaaaaaaat excited for the simple reason we cant confirm it iwll be infinity and celes, if they want to give the anime an ending, in just 50 minutes is impossible, it will be another ending and another story. or as I said a friend, bad week for the anouncement, I’m so high on games at curent moment that I can’t feel anything for TRC now

Indeed, we can’t confirm. I’m more confident it’ll be Infinity than Celes, because the ED of Tokyo Revelations had that Infinity picture and some magazines published a couple of Infinity illustrations.
She (Ohkawa) just can’t cover all that’s left in 50 minutes, so she’ll either wrap everything in an alternative ending or there will be even more OADs later, but for more OADs we need more comics, and I don’t want more comics xD SO PLEASE LET THIS BE THE LAST ONEEEES

前後編 means “first and latter part”, roughly parts 1 and 2 ^^

Yes it is, VERY strange and very “japanese”. But it really means Part 1 and 2. I asked my friend and he told me that it’s very often used in movies.
It could be 3 parts, but if that was the case, we would have a “Chuuhen” in the middle: 前中後編.
That means we’ll have two and only two (for now at least).

While I do think there will be special view, I don’t think that date stands for it. I think it’s the deadline to pre-order the OAD O.o
