XXXHOLiC◆Kei upcoming episodes

Here is an updated list with the upcoming XXXHOLiC◆Kei episodes, two of them scripted by Nanase Ohkawa, taken from this month’s anime magazines.


Itens in bold represent new additions.

The final episode of the Spider Lady arc shall be pretty. Kazuchika Kise is behind the animation director, he was under the same charge in XXXHOLiC’s movie. Plus, he’s the series’ character designer. Fair enough, Spider Lady is definitely one of the most loved arcs to many fans (including myself), which makes me wonder why Ohkawa didn’t write any episodes for it.

Speaking of her, her episodes are finally announced, great. Two in a row, Yumekai and the one where Watanuki and Kohane first meet. At least I think she enjoyed herself writing the street pole scene xD ***anime spoilers***Is this the episode where Rikuou and Kazahaya appears, if any?***anime spoilers*** I just hope her episodes will look pretty xD

We have a new script-writer here too, who hasn’t written any episodes for Season 1. I also hope Ohkawa will write all the remaining episodes more episodes.

    • You’re mostly welcome! I wish the table didn’t look distorted like that. I tried to figure out what’s happening but I can’t… must be LJ’s scripts, I don’t know.

      What spoilers? The GD ones? But my comment was not about the Mahjong episode. (they could appear in that episode, though).

    We know about almost half of the series already… o.O

    Still no trace of the Sakurai script writer, he was a guess for the event Yoshiyuki-kun attended, so he must have an episode or two to come (more likely, 3 or 4 -_-). They said Mizushima will script only one episode, but that makes one Ohkawa won’t write. So, on the seven remaining episodes, Ohkawa can write up to four. And that’s if Yokote doesn’t write something else.

      Again, you read my mind XDDDDDD You’re amazing XD We have one for Mizushima, and probably Sakurai. I also feel like Yokote must have written an episode or two ¬¬

        The question is why did they waste an episode with that random script writer for? We could have another episode scripted by Ohkawa (or at least give it to Sakurai so another episode would be free for Ohkawa)! XD

  12. An entire episode dedicated to that one single chapter about mahjong? Ehhhhh. I guess if they could do it for the snowman episode last season, they can do it for this one… as much as I feel like it’s just acting like filler.

      About that, I’m not sure if it’s going to be ENTIRELY about it. However, the mahjong sequence will be there. I too think it’s too short for a whole episode, but we never know, maybe they’ll animate that CLAMP IN WONDERLAND EX short comic with Kazahaya XDDDDD LOL, I know that’s nearly impossible.

  14. cool, thanks for sharing! I was wondering how the story arcs were going to shape up, they showed so much in the opening animation! Haruka, Kohane, that little lightning idol thing, the catgirl, the bells… I was wondering how they were going to fit it all in, but they covered a lot with just the first ep. Looking forward to the rest of the season, especially Kohane!

    Um, forgive my terrible memory, but what was the Yumekai, again? ^^;

  17. yah!!!!!!!!Ohkawa will write when watanuki meet with kohane and i hope Ohkawa show the crossover when syaoran came and i wish that they will show sakura in dream world but if they do 13 episodes that mean that they will stope before dream world and will show in TRC with anime,it will be great and that means that they will show celes!!!!!!!
