As I had previously posted in my Journal, in the March issue of Puff magazine (on sale) there’s information about CLAMP Mokona no Okimonokimono and reports from the XXXHOLiC DVD Event and CLAMP New Year’s Event.
The April issue, out on February 28th, will feature an interview with CLAMP.
ERRATUM – Boyfriend for Watanuki:
In one of my previous post about CLAMP Internet Radio #10 I posted that one of the subjects discussed at the show was CLAMP talking about what kind of boyfriend would Watanuki want. I must apologize because that’s not what they were talking about. Instead, what really happened was a listener who sent over an e-mail saying that she wanted a boyfriend LIKE Watanuki, because of his many cooking and house-keeping abilities (thank you clamp_hikari-san for the correction ^^).
Now, if you let me, I will explain why I thought what I thought. On CLAMP-PLA.NET they post very small summaries of what happened at the show, and they talked about that particular e-mail, which they referred to 「四月一日みたいな彼氏が欲しい」. Now, this is SUCH AN EASY sentence that I’m ashamed I didn’t pay enough attention. It means “I want a boyfriend like Watanuki”.
However, I threw the whole summary on Excite’s translator, and for that particular sentence, here’s the result I got: “The boyfriend April 1 wants it. ” xD
You see? After I read that, I didn’t bother to look at the japanese sentence again for a confirmation, I was quite convinced, or maybe I did but I couldn’t realize the mistake ^^”
One more time, I’m really sorry, I know a lot of people must be disappointed now because a lot of you seemed happy with that, and I think a lot of you downloaded the show just because of that.

I’m eying that schedule with a bit of suspicion as well, they’re getting pretty bad at that lately. I’m more depressed by how few comments Holic gets when it’s the only one being released during a week as opposed to Tsubasa. It’s so ignored. ;_;

Tell me about it!! Not only that, the average number of people who downloads TRC in the RoR is 8.000, but XXXHOLiC is only 2.500 ;__;
It’s definitely more loved in Japan…

Look at it this way: we know, in our heart of hearts, that many of us want it to be true and, in my case at least, are convinced that Watanuki wants it as well. ^_^

Because for the other volumes that started with only 1 color page, they also had a total of 2 color pages, not 3 =\

Some of them had three. I wish I was at my apartment so I could remember what voume it was, but the first chapter had a colored image of Sakura, then later there was a two page spread of Syaoran with his arm outstreched… Which is why I thought the second one would be two pages…

I was looking through some of the older volumes and I think that one might have been a anomoly. ^^; It was actually vol 3. I was thinking about that had three color images to it when the first one was a single page.

and i must do I love XXXHolic and Tsubasa too in equal amount of fanatism i really like the hitories and Yuuko !!! and i have still hope for the hetero future of Watanuki with rhe fiend of ame warashi; but i know since from the very first chapter thet he will end with Doumeki because Yuuko want it and you can’t go against Yuuko!!

I’m one of those (few) who love XXXHolic more than TRC…though I must admit that lately I’m a lot worried for the TRC gang so I’m more eager to see new TRC chapters.
And for your mistake: I missed your translation of the radio show…And I’m not a DXW shipper, so for me there was no disappointment!XD

oh noes indeed, but if it’s the last time i buy a mistaken manga magazine, i should be so lucky. those things are damn confusing, let me tell you. as i learned the hard way, it’s essential to keep a cool head and not be intimidated by all the japanese who know exactly what they’re looking for.

No, I don’t think so… That’s still volume 19. There must be more 3 or 4 chapters until the end of the vol ^^ There’s one color page only because the 1st chapter of the volume also had just 1 color page ^^

Anyway, maybe I’m being optimistic, but there’s still hope I think. I too think that Wata will make a good boyfriend (or even husband) because of his awesome domestic skills, but that doesn’t mean that ultimately, Wata will like a girl instead of a guy. Girls like him but he can still love Doumeki, right?
Hah, one more colour page for Tsubasa! Maybe it will be Fai/Ashura since they’re going to reveal Fai’s past.. (I definitely won’t mind if they shower us with one more KuroFai, but I don’t think it’s possible =P)

Thanks for the info!I wish next color page will be Clone-syaoran, but it depends of the recent development,and Real-syao is the one getting all attention, so is more possible to be him, and maybe also Sakura. Oh, my, I hate that girl more and more each day. Why she didnt ask Real-syao about his past?! That´s something really stupid from my point of view. Real-syao arrives, cause all that mess and nobody ask him about why he was imprisoned by FWR, and what he knows about his real intentions? Fye and Sakura seems to be focus in bringin back clone-syao, and they didnt even try to know anything about his creator and the person who is controlling him now, FWR? Clamp have been really tricky to us lately, but this is becoming stupid. Why nobody ask Real-syao anything about the bad guy? jeez… i´m impatient, i know.
