Less than a week for the opening and new information is starting to pop up.
The official site has been updated with information for the 1st episode.
Title: Hitsuzen
Director and Producer: Tsutomu Mizushima.
Supervisor: Izumi Hiroyo (was in charge of Key Animation on XXXHOLiC’s Movie).
Unfortunately, no words regarding who’s gonna write the script u.u
The summary of the episode seems quite faithful to the first chapters of the manga.
Also, Anime News Network has the name of 3 more episodes:
02 – Falsehood (Kyogen).
03 – Angel.
04 – Divination (Uranai).
Do you guys have any idea of what each of those episodes might deal with? O.o My bets are the most obvious ones xDDD “Falsehood” being for the lying girl arc and “Divination” for the fortunetelling arc. Can “Angel” deal with the computerholic woman? O.o

Hmm…I’d have to agree with you on matching the episodes. It sounds about right…the only one that seems a little weird is the “Angel” one. But it fits, I suppose.
I wonder if we’ll get cameos from Kazahaya and Rikuo? -^_^-

I’m hoping for that too ! Specially since Ohkawa-sensei is writting, but it’s very probably that they might cut it.

What if they moved forward the pseudo-ouija subplot, and that’s what Angel is about? In the Spanish version, they called the game Angel. Can’t recall about the original version, though.
It would be odd, I guess, since Divination after that would make the Doumeki subtle reference look obvious.

The English manga has the ouija board called “Angel-san.” So I think that’s what the episode title refers to…

I heard they won’t follow the manga as a shadow, so maybe they’ll make some things happens before or later than the original timeline.

It was the very first thing to pop in my head too. But I’m with you, I don’t know if they would skip so many plots to place this one, but we never know O.o

i think the angel one might be the game the girls played with the pen, but it also can be the one where the girl gets wings/bugs? that one sounds more ‘angelic’ to me ^^;;

Perhaps they put Angel-san one earlier in order to introduce Doumeki and Himawari earlier.

I heard somewhere they’re putting Doumeki and Himawari since episode one, but I’m not sure if it was a rumor or actual info from a Japanese magazine.
