CLAMP is involved in yet another collaboration project.
This time they were invited to design an extra costume for the character Kazuma Jin of Namco’s game Tekken 6, from the popular Tekken series.
The game will be relased for Xbox 360 and Playstation 3 and it’s scheduled for Autumn 2009.
Here’s a preview of the costume designed by CLAMP:
According to CLAMP-NET.COM, more details along with CLAMP’s comments will be published in this week’s Shonen Magazine.
This is the first time CLAMP draws for a game.
I used to play Tekken 3 so much xD I really love this series, I’m very glad CLAMP is involved in this project.

I like this kind of collaboration. ^ o ^ The illustration is awesome!Clamp they are just so strong, whenever they cooperate in projects that involve others, they will make the whole thing SIGNIFICANTLY Clamp-ised.
By the way, chibiyuuto-kun, Clamp has updated the manga release date as well, there are too much news+ a TRC chapter this week that you may not have noticed…

Concerning the comments, it seems quite difficult to explain what I understand/believe to make others understand/believe, since it concerns paradoxs= =;; I found there are many expressing difficulties in understanding what TRC is saying, though I found it perfectly ok.(No offend to anyone, I swear ^^) I wonder if other members of Clamp(except Ohkawa) know what is really going on XD

And it’s fine as long and they all express themselves ^__^ It’s really hard to understand all the “clone!”, “real!”, “mama!”, “papa!”, “Clow!” prefixes and all xD

the character looked a lot like Fuma or Kurogana… btw ppl, Tsubasa 223 raw is OUT!! And we get to see Adult Clone Syaoran’s face for teh first time!!!

I have to admit that fighting videogames aren’t my favourite gender ^^U
Also on Autumn? do you have an idea of how many good videogames will be released on that time? Anyway, I expected to end poor this season xD

I’m a bit off from video games xD I didn’t know so many games are to be released in Autumn. I guess it’s because of Christmas ^^
I don’t like fighting games either but Tekken is GOOD and so easy to play.

I haven’t played any Tekken game beyond 4, and wasn’t really anticipating this, but now? Totally trying it out! I think it sort of helped Clamp that Jin is a clone of Kurogane. And somewhat Fuma, except with more muscles. And that kind of costume is so-Clamp, it isn’t even funny — especially with how white they made it, comparing to his usual black pants.
I wonder what they’re making next 😀 They’ve been wandering over all kinds of different projects lately.

The game designers likely wept when they found out they were going to have to animate that thing. XD
It would be interesting if, sometime in the future when they don’t have so many projects going on, CLAMP provided all of the character designs for an RPG.

I don’t play fighting games at all (you really know me! O.o) But Tekken is an exception xD I really like it and it’s easy to play (I guess that’s why I like it xD)
