CLAMP Internet Radio #18

The opening was so quick! I thought they would talk about Ohkawa’s birthday, like they always do when there’s a member’s birthday, but not this time. I wonder if this episode was recorded in advance, like the one with Yui Makino seemed to be, and if they’ll talk about it on the next episode. I hope so because I wanna hear them talking about it (Ohkawa posted in her Private Board that it was past 4 AM when the party was over xD).

Favorite Talk of Flour Fortress

As I had expected, this episode was so much funnier than the one with Yui Makino. They introduced Jun Fukuyama with a mix of applauds, giggles and fangirls screams xD They also called him Oujisama (which means “prince” xD).

Being the special guest of this episode, the CLAMP members started to ask him questions about his personal life and career. They asked him what kind of girl he liked, which he answered “young ones” xD

Then they asked him questions sent by the listeners. One of them asked him about something he said about curry in the audio commentary of the XXXHOLiC Movie DVD.

After that, they began talking about Angelic Layer, the first CLAMP work that Jun Fukuyama lend his voice to, playing Kotaro Kobayashi. He said that he made an audition for the part and Ohkawa asked him if he could remember about the details of it. But that’s the best I can do about this matter xD

Now, to the next CLAMP work, XXXHOLiC, where he played Kimihiro Watanuki. He said he also got the part through an audition. Ohkawa then asked him, I think, which episode was the hardest to dub, or maybe the one he liked the most (I can’t tell).

Lastly, they discussed about Code Geass, about his audition and something about Jeremiah? Did he apply for his part firstly? I didn’t get xD

I dedicate this post to clamp_hikari-san, who’s been doing a great job by summarizing this radio show for us, and tomorrow she’s celebrating her birthday! Happy Birthday ^__^

  9. Younger ones… hmmm hahahaha! lolz! I’m a fangirl, but yeah in my yaoi mind, Fukujun is gay and Nakapan is seme-ing him now I’ll just keep my mouth shut because I don’t want your journal became yaoi friendly, you have no idea what I am thinking on Nakapan’s interview XDDDDDDDDDDD ITS ALL HITSUZEN I tell you! hahahahaha!

    I’m so excited and it’s only a month! XD

    • Hahahaha he said “Ko type”, which would be literaly “child-type”… but I thought it would look weird to put that (he would sound like a pedofile xD). So I used “young” instead xD

      • Hahahaha, there’s no Nakapan interview, I’m really excited next month. And I want translation, Fukujun mentioned Doumeki …. hmmmm anyway, my mind is already infested with yaoi thoughts ahahahha! actually Nakapan and Fukujun worked together three times, 2 Boy’s Love Drama Cd and XXXHOLiC. Its funny that after the XXXHOLiC Movie (since in our yaoi world Doumeki considered as seme and Watanuki is uke) their first drama cd is Fukujun became a seme and Nakapan is the uke, XD then another drama cd they’re been paired up, this time Nakapan is again a seme while Fukujun is the uke. It said that they’re taking revenge but it seemed that Nakapan won lolz! (I hope you understand XD) If you have a video feature in XXXHOLiC DVD Volume 2, they have the event with Ohara, Fukujun and Nakapan. Fukujun and Nakapan met prior to XXXHOLiC, (because Fukujun was in AONI Production before) it seemed that Fukujun is new in Tokyo, then Nakapan offered himself to deliver a refrigerator to Fukujun’s place. Nakapan is expecting “Nakai-san” calling him but he was surprised that the young boy appeared to him is so fashionable XD hahahaha! Plus Nakapan’s bday is Nov 25 while Fukujun’s is Nov 26…. AHHHHHHHHHHH I said too much! It’s all HITSUZEN… I’m done… X3

        I can't get it at all (a little bit, but nothing more than you).
        They're speaking to quickly (if they could speak more slowly, i think I could *perhaps* understand something XD).
        But never mind, I think it's funny just to hear them (they have cute voices, and Ôjisama sounds fun) and catch some words sometimes ^^
