XXXHOLiC Novel – Chapter 1:
User slashislove posted here a link to download the first chapter of the XXXHOLiC Novel, originally published in Comic Faust magazine. For those who can read japanese, or for those who are simply curious (like me ^^).
Also, ladydarkmoon-chan posted here the other color illustration of the Novel, which was published in the Novel, only, and it features Yuuko and Watanuki in Indian costumes, pretty enough to make the back cover of my notebook ^-^
Code Geass Trailer:
The official website of Code Geass has put up a very cool promotional trailer featuring scenes of the upcoming anime. (By the way, you can also check it on YouTube).
You can listen to the seiyuus and a little bit of the OP song (which sounds really cool, btw).
I was very happy to see that the font used to show CLAMP’s credits for the character concept are as big as the director’s ^____^ (and they are in the middle of the screen, too XD).
Just reminding you all that the anime debuts on October, though there’s no specific date yet.
TRC CARACTere GuiDE 2 release date:
According to Kodansha’s schedule for October, the 2nd Official Character guide of Tsubasa will be released on October 17th, and just like 1st one, the book will cost 700 yens.
XXXHOLiC Anime News:
The titles of episodes 23 and 24 were announced:
23 – Sukiyaki
24 – Yakiniku
Sukiyaki and Yakiniku are both japanese foods (though Yakiniku is original from Korea), so I think the episodes will be centered on them and might contain some original storyline, because I don’t think there are arcs fully dedicated to these foods ^^”
However, there’s still the creepy hand and the nail-cutter arcs left, so maybe they’ll fit these arcs in those episodes (wasn’t Watanuki buying food in the creepy hand arc? O.o Plus, there’s that one with younger Watanuki and his ghost friend too !).
Also, on a last-minute information, before we were told that these episodes would be only available on the last DVD, remember? So, now it seems like they changed their minds (for our own good ^^) and TBS will broadcast both episodes on the following weeks after episode 22.
I do hope it’s a sign that the second season is coming, after all, if the anime is a total failure, why insist to broadcast the remaining 2 episodes when it was already decided that it would be on the DVD, only?

Chibi Yuuto's CHRoNiCLEs 
ANN, on their page for the xxxHOLiC anime, say that the anime is to have 32 episodes. Not sure if this is perhaps a mistake on the website’s part or anything o.O

I saw that too ! But it’s a mistake ^^” I don’t know where that info came from, really, but all my sources say it’s gonna be 24 episodes.

I was wondering as I hadn’t hear anything other than 24 as well. Pity ;_; But hopefully with so many series getting second seasons at the minute, there’s a chance they’ll give one to xxxHOLiC as well.

Yeah, I’m all hoping here that a second season is in the works.
With those last 2 episodes, they just can’t wrap up the story, really XDDDDD So I think XXXHOLiC will be getting it ^__^
Also, the DVD sales are going well… not excellent, but still well ^^

The Code Geass trailer looks interesting (and the song is nice). I might actually check it out since it looks pretty, even though I am not a huge fan of mecha.
Also, at the Purisute site they have a picuture of Tsubasa Chronicle Vol. 2 DVD, with Fai and Chii on the cover *cough cough*

Haha, I mean, with character design by CLAMP, at least there will be pretty stuff to look at even if it ends up being boring.
Too bad you can’t say the same thing for the Tsubasa anime, which is not only ugly but boring as well XD

I believe the song is part of the last Mozart creation, the Requiem. it´s beautifull, and i absolute adore the violet eyes and the so-much-similar-to-syaoran- pose and atitude^-^. I´ll be searching for that anime.
By the way, thanks as allways for your news- for me they were all news- excpet the ladydarkmoon glasses post (hehe, so cute all those images)

Well, if it´s not, then the song must be inspired in the Requiem, because is very very similar. But i´m not sure right now, but when i first hear it, i truly believe it was the Requiem. a nice sad music, though.

I bet that Yuuko and Watanuki are going to look so kawaii on their Indian costumes. I wonder if that Doumeki is going to be on the novel’s story. I am sure that the story will be a funny one! Thanks for the upcoming scoop of the xxxHOLiC episode titles.

Good question about Doumeki being on the Novel or not O.o I know the story is the same of episode 17 of the anime, did you watch it? He wasn’t in that episode, if I remember well, but that doesn’t necessarily mean he wasn’t in the novel as well.

Code Geass is COOL *__________* Since the character concept is done by CLAMP, I would check it out in every way, but it seems to be an interesting anime! (seeyuu and music are good too)

Anyway, the cover for the 3rd DVD of Holic is cool (and the 2nd too!) Err.. Tsubasa’s cover is.. creepy (too bad I consider myself a big fan of Tsubasa, but I can’t stand one episode of its anime =__=)
Luckily, the manga is getting better and better.

Wah! I can’t believe I’ll mainly watch Code Geass cuz CLAMP did the character design XDDDDDD, but after watching the trailer I feel it’s gonna be a good one, and I loved the song, I just hope it won’t ending disappointing me, like the tsubasa anime -.-, though I’d may like more tsubasa anime if I hadn’t read the manga, cuz there’s people who thinks the anime rockz…and well, they didn’t read the manga.

xxxHOLiC anime seems to have weirder titles with progressive episodes. But I would still be quite curious to watch it.

Well, the novel features an original story, not in the manga, but it was adaptated to the anime on episode 17 (Ohkawa-sensei wrote the script) ^_^

Yes, hopefully there will be one, I’m just waiting for an official announcement, and it shall cover vols. 7 until the end of the series ^_^
