We finally have a release date for volume 6 of XXXHOLiC Rei!

According to Kodansha, volume 6 of XXXHOLiC Rei will be released on November 6th.

At the moment, only a regular edition is listed. It’s unclear whether a special limited edition will be released as well, like the previous four volumes.

Volume 6 will come out practically a year after volume 5. In fact, volume 5 was originally scheduled for November 6th, 2025, but was it was later postponed to November 29th.

I think they will release Kodansha’s next CLAMP PREMIUM COLLECTION title (whether it’s Cardcaptor Sakura or Tsubasa) around the same time, if not on the same date. Although, one could argue that CLAMP are taking longer breaks between each CLAMP PREMIUM COLLECTION release, so the 9th title could be released only in 2027, but it’s hard to think that Kodansha would miss an opportunity to make a big combo release in November like they did last year with XXXHOLiC Rei, CLOVER and the Nakayoshi calendars coming out in the same month.

At least now we have a release date!
