The twelfth volume of Card Captor Sakura ~Clear Card arc~ dropped to the 16th position in Oricon’s weekly ranking, with an estimate of 43,536 copies sold in its second week of sales for the regular edition. The Special Edition (Big Art Trump Cards Set) this time didn’t make it to the top 50.
Overall, combining the known sales of regular and special editions, volume 12 has sold an estimate of 93,352 copies after two weeks.
While these numbers are good for a second week, this is unfortunately the lowest overall sales by the second week for a Clear Card volume yet. Probably the pre-orders had a big influence on these numbers but it’s still something to think about.
As usual, it is always worth mentioning that Oricon only takes into account a certain number of shops and preorders are likely not taken into account. These numbers are only an estimate and it’s possible that the real figures are higher than these.
