According to Kodansha, Tsubasa Vol. 19 will be released on June 15th.
And a brand new article + interview with Mokona (about the Okimono book) was published in the April 24th issue of Nishi Nippon Shinbun, they have an online version of it available at their official website. The article features a brand-new picture of Mokona, too.

ok, let’s play maths. Second chapter for 20th has only 17 pages, so Claamp is going again for 9 chapters for vol 20. 20 pages x 9 chapters = 180 pages needed for a volume.
Chapter 152 is out on May the 9th, assuming no breaks 9th chapter for vol 20 would be out on june the 20th. Add two breaks (and I expect more being summer) and we have july the 4th… I DOUBT the chapter would be out on august 15,16 or 17th under such conditions… so it goes to september ^___^ (and I want it on september :333 I don’t like summer 40 degrees is too much for me ;_; )

Judging by what you said, September does sound more likely. However, they might increase the number of the remaining chapters and still make 8 chapters for vol 20. I really think they made 19 with 9 chapters JUST to match chapter 150 with the beginning of vol 20.
Anyway, I had hoped that we would get more 3 volumes this year, apart from 20th, because we had 5 volumes released in 2004, 2005 and 2006. If it goes the way you said (21st in November), we would get 4 volumes in 2007 (and that’s a decrease from the previous year’s rhythm xDD).
Also, isn’t it perfect:
2003 – 3 volumes (fact).
2004 – 5 volumes (fact).
2005 – 5 volumes (fact).
2006 – 5 volumes (fact).
2007 – 5 volumes (prediction).
2008 – 5 volumes (prediction).
TOTAL = 28 VOLUMES! XD

yes, but it is also a ‘tradition’ for clamp to slow mangas near the end…..(thinks about X T_T) Let’s make a bet, I say 9 chapters for the 20th ;D and I just remebered that after ch152 there is yet sheduled the first break I predicted to have vol 20 out on september… one more and my prediction will be almost true ^____^
