The official site of CLAMP in 3-D LAND has been formally updated for the 3rd Series. Now we can enjoy the pretty Flash xD

The 3rd Series of CLAMP in 3-D LAND will be released on June 2007.
Still in the 3-D LAND vibe, -san has scanned all those reports from the CLAMP in 3-D LAND DEBUT! event that were published in this month’s anime magazines, and you can get them here. *hugs Alison tightly*
Now, we jump to Tsubasa’s artbook, that was released today in Japan. -san has already posted a review along with some pictures of the book in here. Thanks for the e-mail, -san ^__^

The others are: Watanuki (in yellow), Hinata (in the sofa, with the teddy bear), Ashura (on Hinata’s left), and the remaining too are Sumomo and Kotoko xDDDD

This cover seems the happiest of all yet! There are no grumpy characters like Yasha and Rikuou xDDDDDD
The last package was too serious… we had Yasha, Rikuou, Syaoran AND Freya in the same space xD

I loved Subaru and Ashura too, I love the way Ashura is half-sitting in the sofa ^^ But I was surprised (and happy) to see Hinata sitting in the best spot of the sofa xD

The two tiny persecoms look huge in comparison, but I guess that’s the scale of the figures… Unless they’re the TRC versions 😉

Hinata’s outfit looks so weird on her
It’s the kind of stuff I’d see in bishoujo like Suu, but Hinata?
What’s with Watanuki’s pose XD He doesn’t even seem to look at the invisible bike camera, but either to Kotoko or to Hinata’s (teddy bear? legs?!)

Yes they do XDDDD Maybe their original size is that one, and they were only small in Chobits xD

I love the pattern they chose (chinese) for these illustrations, too! I hope we can see them in an artbook someday, the art is just too pretty to stay only on little packs.

I LOVED that image too! Even more than Fye’s xDDDD It’s amazing what a simple accessory like a pair of glasses can change the whole visual of someone ^^

BTW; I never thought that Hinata was so tall. If she stands up she is like Watanuki and Subaru’s height XDDD. It’s that or CLAMP did that effect on purpose to stand out all characters in the front O.O

I don’t know why people look for NEW pictures in artbooks. Artbooks usually don’t have new pictures, right? o.o It’s a compilation of already published pictures.

Actually I had this comment on my mind all week, so i checked and 80% of my artbooks have new pictures made specifically to the artbook.

Surely they are in minority. Because that’s not the purpose of an Artbook. Sometimes the mangaka draw new images but 80% of it are old illustrations.

yeap you´re right is minority, usually no more than 2 new pics (without counting the cover) but I was actually WAITING for those 2 new images… anyways… the book sure is great like it is anyways (with or without smell XD)
