Thank god this tournament is not something like Piffle and the next battle will be the last one of it.
The cutest moment of all was Syaoran grabbing Sakura’s arm, aww X333 *declared Real!Syaoran/Sakura shipper xD* But the “coolest” moment was Kurogane talking about Fye through Syaoran’s problem xD That was cool. Gave Fye a poke right at his stomach you can even notice how he’s holding his stomach later xD
THE CLOVER GARDEN ! *___* So the rabbit wasn’t the only CLOVER-native thing of this country, and this surely increases my hopes and expectations for Suu to be the “she” Eagle talks about all the time.
So it was indeed Eagle the one spying the gang. Not surprising at all. I thought it would be him ever since we found out about Celes and how, apparently, this country (which according to Ohkawa is NOT called Infinity) is going to end quite soon. I mean, I don’t think they’ll introduce any new characters apart from this “she”.
So Sakura is planning on traveling ALONE o.o I simply have no idea how Eagle got this “thing” that has the power to cross dimensions (Do I smell Yuuko?).And what’s better, WHAT is that thing? Oh I know! It’s that cool Syaoran’s Staff we see everytime in illustrations but so far has never showed up!
About her decision…. I don’t know… really… part of me thinks she’ll be real doomed if she sticks with this wish. It’s inevitable that she feels the need to go on alone and not involve anybody else, but is CLAMP only doing this to make her realize that this is NOT right? On the other hand, part of me thinks it could do very good, specially if Syaoran decides to go with her. It would be very interesting to see the story in different points of view (Syaoran and Sakura’s and Fye and Kurogane’s [yeah, not to mention the fangirls would be thankful xD]).
I just remembered of the device Lan made for Suu and Kazuhiko, could it be that, the trophy? XD Doesn’t make much sense, I guess …
If she does travel alone, how is she going to speak with other people if she doesn’t know their language? XD
Also, a lot of people thought it was a selfish decision, I thought it was anything but selfish ^^”

I’m holding off on all theories until the next chapter. Something makes me think that we are going to get more hints at what Sakura and Yuuko discussed, and will make all the rest of this make more sense.

I like Sakura’s decision XD I really want to see how it plays out. I’m not sure if she’ll even get to do it, either. There might be another angst-dram-showdown that ends in someone going with her or… many other possibilities. If Syaoran went with her though, at least they both speak the same language. And Syaoran still has the knowledge of many other countries…
And woooo, go Kurogane! Though I feel bad for Fai I’m glad he’s rubbing it in XD;;;

Yeah, that’s true, I personally don’t think Syaoran will let her go alone, not after what Kurogane told him in this chapter.

i don’t know about selfish, but there’s another word that begins with s that’s applicable here, and it’s ‘stupid.’ as you rightly point out, she won’t even be able to speak anyone’s language if she goes off by herself. i agree that not wanting to involve anyone else is noble, but at this point everyone is already involved within an inch of their life. mark my words, in the next chapter or three we’ll get some touching verbiage about how they’re all together now, or something; you get the idea. that or fai will say “see you losers, ashura is calling!” and kuroganethings will really go insane. but yeah, really i don’t think they CAN split up, from the viewpoint of the plot, or from the viewpoint of clamp wanting to write a feasible manga.
i could do with this tournament longer and piffle having been shorter, personally.

Now here, it’s Syaoran (though different one) who grabbs Sakura’s arm to stop her but Sakura brushes him off (though muuuuch more gently than C!Syaoran).

Ah, now I see it! Very pretty! I liked the colors, but the pink is kinda… pink! XD

Too much pink? XD I tried using different color for Sakura… like wine red or something… but it just didn’t seem to fit her… so I decided to use darker pink instead XD
The brighter pink colors are supposed to represent Sakura’s… well “older” self (the more cheer one)… but they like on the inside or the dress or stockings that would be covered by the dress because in recent chapters, that Sakura is gone now… that Sakura is “hidden”… and the darker more mature Sakura is on the outside now(thus the darker, bit more mature pink)

I’m pretty much in agreement with everybody that the “she” is probably Suu, there’s too many references. The bunny, apartments, birds, atrium, this place has way too many elements of Clovers world.
Yuuko is the only one who can grant somebody the ability to cross dimensions though, FWR can only send people here and there. I know Ran could send people here and there in a manner similar to dimension travel, but not through dimensions to other worlds.

Yeah, that was still within their world. And it’s true that I also remember something about Yuuko being the only one able to give such power (she gave it to, so far,… everybody! XD). So I wonder if Eagle has any relation to her.

Yeah, although that device seemed to have a much lower range. I mean, Suu and Kazuhiko were only transported like, miles ahead from where they were, nothing like a different dimension or something xD But maybe they can have a upgraded version for TRC? XDD

When I saw Syaoran grab her arm, I was really suprised that he would do that (but then, maybe it was to be expected?) and she just brushed him off, which didn’t really suprise me too much…. Though, it did make me like Real-Syaoran much more… Though, I don’t think Sakura will end up traveling alone, unless it *is* for smeone else? (Gyah! So many questions we need answers for!)
All these new developments has nearly sidetracked my undying desire to see Fai’s background… heheh ^^;

About Sakura-hime…I don’t know whether to still like her when she is so angsty. I don’t know why she doesn’t accepts Syaoran’s assistance and I didn’t like when she brushed him off like that! Mou!! Nice Kuro/Fai fighting sequence as always (with a little Kuro-headband touch XD). And about her decision of wanting to know the method of traveling alone…I have to think about that one. It may be possible that it is for Fai so that he could return to Celes. Then again, I may be wrong about this. I sort of agree with you that it is not a selfish decision no matter who gets the method.

My opinion exactly. You can’t put all the Clover backgrounds without having one of the cast to match it. Though I’d be happy to see Hikaru too. ^_^

I didn’t thought about that but you’re probably right. So since we always saw it in syaoran’s hands, I guess Syaoran will have it. And when I look at those illustrations now, I can’t help but realize it’s R!Syaoran that Mokona had drawn. But maybe Sakura will go with the staff and we will follow the boys. So we will only see the princess for the “tube” scene. Too much possibilities, my brain hurts. *_*

It’s a wonderful chapter despite it’s full of traps that suceed trapping every reader in suspension. OMG *screaming in joy and exciment* Syaoran is holding Sakura’s arm, soooooooooo SWEET!!!!!!
But how did Eagle knew about the other dimension? Although I think Sakura is trying to be more independant, I think she’ll have a HARD time to travel alone. (Serves her right, sorry for being mean) 1. How can she comunicate? 2. What is she gonna do if someone kidnapp, bully or beat her? (REMINDER: Syaoran is NOT there to protect her, nor Fay and Kurorin) 3. What the hell is she gonna do if she met Cloney?! No way she can catch up with him if he’s running away. She can’t run without slipping or tripping. And she definetly can’t catch him. Well, let’s hope that she wants that skill for Fay that’ll be sweet.

I know it sounds stupid for a CLAMP fan to ask a Q like this… But can anybody tell me the story of Clover? Or explain who is Suu? It’s better if you can give me a website that has all CLAMP’s waork’s information. THANK YOU very much.

yet another twist in the tail…my head is reeling so badly at the moment from trying to keep up! Sakura really can’t go on her own, think of the carnage that would occur when she bumbed into Sei-chan! I’m content, however, with the idea that R! Shaoran might tag along with her split plot lines would be fun though there is the translation issue to work on.
If the ‘she’ is Sue that would be ammazing (keeps fingers crossed!)

LOL! I don’t think Sei-chan would do anything to her, though xD And I’m totally expecting Syaoran to do SOMETHING about this. Especially after what Kurogane told him.

Nor to I think that Syaoran will be able to make much of an impression on Sakura-chan (now). He must fight the good fight at home, chaps! And we must see Sakura DO something, hopefully not terebly frightening, like, I don't know, finding some way to further bond with Kotori (Kamui: "Kotori!", Syaoran: "Sakura!"–eep, wouldn't that be morbid?). It's not the most amusing when she gets hurt, I liked her in CCS because she could do something for the team and yet not be so fantastically handicapped or tired or unable to do the task!

The cutest moment of all was Syaoran grabbing Sakura’s arm, aww X333 *declared Real!Syaoran/Sakura shipper xD*
yup, i love Syaoran’s worried but speechless look…(i don’t think he had said anything this chapter, right?)
this is surely a “love triangle”(or whatever it’s called in english :P)
But the “coolest” moment was Kurogane talking about Fye through Syaoran’s problem
that too!!! this makes me happy XD
and this surely increases my hopes and expectations for Suu to be the “she” Eagle talks about all the time.

Something I thought…
First, I love your translations, I always read them and this is the first journal I visit after reading the new chapters^^
I was reading this chapter and something ocurred to me which I think no one’s pointd out; what if the “means” with which people can travel through dimensions is this “she”? What if it’s Suu(or whoever it isXD) the one that can grant it?It wouldn’t be too far-fetched, as she’s very powerful, and could explain all the build-up to this mysterious character…also, that would mean Sakura could travel alone without being alone -at least till the others catch upXD- ,and they could take with them something from this world while leaving it soon…
(also, i think this new way of transportation could entail the right to choose the new world to visit…instead of randomly appearing thereXD)

It’s quiete funny that nobody seems to think that “her” may actually win 😀
Well… I know that does not explain how they will end up in Celes (because of Ashura’s power?) but still… it’s possible. If it the next opponents are Suu and the Clover crew, they certainly have the power (and the “right”) to win because they are heroes of another clamp manga.
Anyway… I was just thinking about that…

Oh, i love that realsyao moment, and i hate sakura soooo much!!! You are right, she is not selfish, she is just stupid if she is planning on going alone. But i think that clamp is just giving us a fake booo, just to make us focus in that crazzy idea of her, and not realizing something more important- i wish i could say what is that important clue, but i´m not clever at all- aaah, what Kuro said to fye?? i dont have the translation, `please, tell me!!!
I think also that “she” might be Suu- the birds, the garden, and the clover anime reforces that opinion- i´m glad, that could bring us more lovely art of her- i truly love Clover art- and also, a lovely girl who is not stupid as sakura, and makes her bite the dust of comom sense with tender.
Oooh, i´m dying to see that staff in syao hands!!its a cool design. I like real-syao, i hope he will end up happy. he is really concern about sakura and i´m glad he looks so determined about helping her even against her will- even though i hate her, and i wish she travell alone just to be crash and realize that she is useless alone-

Quando a Yuuko colocou o Mokona pra transportar eles através das dimensões, ela disse que não era coincidência eles estarem juntos. E realmente não foi. As suas habilidades se completam. Além disso, a Sakura, sozinha, estria doomed com certeza. E só o Syaoran pode ser que não seja suficiente pra protegê-la.
A decisão dela de viajar sozinha é completamente egoísta. Concordo que os motivos dela são compreensíveis, mas mesmo assim eu ainda não gosto da idéia.
Agora estou completamente curioso pra saber que troféu é esse que confere essa habilidade tão incomum e cobiçada. Ah… Me veio uma dúvida. Se esse item existe, por que o Reed não tentou roubar isso? Estranho…

Eu concordo completamente, e eu naum quero te falar nenhum spoiler ou coisa assim, mas vc realmente tem razao, pois a Yuuko vai dizer no proximo capitulo q os laços já foram estabelicidos, e ela não pode mudar isso.

faz tempo que não apareço por aqui!! mas resolvi comentar esse capítulo.
concordo com vc qu não é egoísmo esse lance da sakura querer continuar a viagem sozinha. ela quer é “livrar” os outros de resolverem os problemas dela. mas não acredito que ela vai conseguir isso. primeiro pq acho que eles vão perderna luta final para “ela”. e segundo pq quandos shoran e cia descobrirem esse plano imbecil da sakura não vão permitir que ela viaje sozinha. e ainda tem a yuuko, que já disse que eles estão juntos não é à toa.
muito fofo o momento do shoran com a sakura. no fim eu não sei se ela está balançada por ele, ou só sofrendo pq ele é igual ao shoran que ela gosta.
e sobre o r:shoran ser o ccs:shoran… eu andei pensando sobre isso outro dia. como o traço de ccs e tsubasa é bem diferente, eu não consigo perceber se o shoran e a sakura teriam a mesma idade do ccs:shoran e da ccs:sakura. mas bem, eu acho q o r:shoran não é o ccs:shoran… pq, no último capítulo de ccs, quando a sakura encontra com o shoran ela pergunta se eles não vão mais precisar se comunicar por carta ou telefone… acho q por isso eles (shorans) não são a mesma pessoa. q vc acha?
