2 things to note on their clothes:
1- You may have noticed the symbol. I wonder what it means?
2- Don't they look extremelly familiar to Seishirou's? What if this was his homeworld? O.o
I also wonder if the DoE are downstairs, why else would they be inside the building and Mokona sense the strong power coming from there?
Expectations are up for the next one (which I hope to see a colored Kamui *-*)

The thing about going through the space between the wall and the light-post: SO VERY Gouhou Drug-like ! More hints that Yuuko shares a friendship with Kakkei, which is nice ^_~
They get to a new dimension, because the arrow left from the dream pointed so. There they find this very strange creature, another one for XXXHOLiC’s collection XD It seems that it wants the arrow, and it’ll give Watanuki a few of his balloons in exchange.
The creature then pierced the arrow against one of his balloons where it turned all flashy and shinny ! What crazy properties does that arrow have? O.o

Immediately after I saw the building I was like, “…OMG X.” I got chills up and down my spine, and then the seven people in cloaks showed up. I didn’t think that Kamui would unhood himself, but DUDE. This has me psyched!

xxxHOLIC’s splash page is beautiful as usual. Those lilies are very pretty… they remind me the dress Yuuko wore when she demanded the Tsubasa guys White Day presents in Piffle World.

So it is Kamui and not “Kamui” (ie Fuuma)… I think he looks a little funny Tsubasa style, but I guess it’s because I’m used to seeing him in X style (or from that ClampSuu stuff).
So much speculation for this chapter! I think you’ve made some really good guesses. I think smiley might be Yuzuriha though. Unless Kamui chose to be a Dragon of Earth… or our Dragons of Heaven are Dragons of Earth in this one… (It boggles the mind!)

Poor Syaoran… if the rest of them are the Seven Seals, he’s going to be in for a big shock: the only ones he will have never seen before are Aoki and Subaru (whose name should be familiar from the Seishirou incidents…)

well, yesterday I tried refreshing it and all that stuff, but it still wouldn’t work (it still said last update: Feb 22 or something like that).
I’m using IE…..and I don’t get it, but I see it now. I mean, I saw xxxHOLiC just fine yesterday but now I see them both. Weird…. *hits computer*

XD Was the goverment office in X? X had the Diet building, if I remember, although I’ve only read the first 7 volumes, so I wouldn’t know. T_T Interesting anyway, but I’ll shut up and go do translations. ^^;;;;

Oh, yes. Yuuko and Kakei are bestest friends 4evah in my happy, happy world. And… God, I want more LG too. (curses Asuka for the four millionth time)
And I’m assuming that Syaoran will remember Sei-chan’s asking about a ‘Subaru’ in Outo. I hardly think that Syaoran would forget something that’s obviously important to Sei-chan, since Sei-chan is his ex-teacher and enemy now. Plus, we don’t know if Sei-chan might not have mentioned something more about the twins than we know. After all, Syaoran must have spent a fair amount of private time with Seishirou for Seishirou to teach him fighting so well.

No good comes from that building. It’s second only to Tokyo Tower for creepy bad stuff happening around it.
If this is the world Seishirou came from then the closure for that plotline isn’t far off which means we are getting closer to the end. That’s sad in a way… I don’t want them to rush the ending because of the crappy anime. There are still characters that need to show up!

Yeah, the clothes are TEH same unless for the “button” thing… on Sei-chan’s it’s on his left shoulder and it isn’t a belt. On Kamui’s, the “button” is on his right shoulder and it IS a belt.
Maybe that’s what differs the DoH from DoE O.o CLAMP loves paradoxes ^^

But this time, OMG I can not remain silent ! In your last post, the description of the world seemed to lead to X’s world, and I desperately hoped it would be this, but… They use crossbows ! Where are the energy-spheres and other fire-thunder-wind-inuki super-powers which we were used to ?? Definitely, this can not be the real X’s world.
I can’t say that I’m not happy it isn’t, because it would have meant that, maybe, the end of X wouldn’t have happened in X !! And what about the 2 last tarot cards ??

The same thing happened for RG Veda, Shurano is RG Veda’s world, but it doesn’t mean it’s the very same Tenkai from the original RG Veda manga, it’s just a way to say ^^

If there are Kamui, Fuuma will appear soon too because they’re twin stars XD CLAMP never separates couple in different world. Recall Touya-Yukito in Clow Country, Souma-Kendappa in Nihon, Sorata-Arashi in Hanshin, Ashura-Yasha in Yamano ^__^ Anyway does anyone know the new world’s name? I bet Fuuma will be in this world! Dear CLAMP, please make him appear for me, for fan, for… Seishirou XD I assume Subaru will be in this world. But I don’t think he is the vampire Subaru who Seishirou is looking. I don’t think so. I looked at my X Character Files, and the only dragon using ねぇ instead of ない, like the first dragon to speak after Kamui, is Kusanagi. So I believe they are : Karen, Subaru, Kamui, Yuzuriha, Kusanagi, Sorata and Arashi, and they will all freak out when Syaoran will name six of them out of the blue (Sorata did name Kamui ^_~). Kusanagi will be replaced by Shougo in the Chi no Ryuu’s groupe.
Kamui’s gang seems to be a Ten no Ryuu kind of groupe, they shoot at Syaoran, but they didn’t reload, which mean their goal isn’t death of everyone beside themselves. It’s strange they use crossbow, especially in a world were they build buildings like the Tokyo City Hall …
Talking of the bulding, I think its look alike to the Tokyo City Hall as a visual pun to X, like there was a landscape in the country of Shura that was exactly the same as another landscape from the last tankoubon of Rg Veda. There might even be an almost identical drawing in the X manga.
As for Subaru, I’m sure he is in the groupe and I bet he’s Seishirou’s vampire. We are likely at the end of the second part (the second out of the three), Seishirou is looking for two vampires, it makes sense he get them one by one. And I wouldn’t be surprise if Hokuto was abducted by Feiwang Read.
Oh, and Seishirou’ll need another feather to drag Subaru along, so it will be bye bye 10th feather. ^_~ (So long, the patern was Syaoran-tachi get 4 feathers in a row, Seishirou get one, Syaoran get another row of 4 fethers and we get in this X world which looks like Seishirou’s original world. There will be 4 other feathers to get until they have seen them all).
I’ve been longing for X for so long, it’s seems to good to be true!

Quite an interesting theory… But what if the DoH were the ones that should be at the end of X : no Arashi, maybe replaced by Kusanagi, who changed his team because of his love for Yuzu ?

Im so happy,i never had happy tears before!The clothes are so Seishirou!It is his homeworld it has to be it must be!But it leaves so many questions if Subaru is amongst them what about the vampire twins thing or is this the past of the country?I don care i just love seeing them all again!

Seishirou’s clothes change with each world. In Outo he was wearing similar clothes to what Kamui & Co were wearing, but in Syaoran’s flashback he was wearing clothes more like Syaoran usually wears, and a different (more desert-ey) cloak. Them all wearing cloaks could just be a reference to X. Like how in Koryo Sakura was wearing the same hairclip she was wearing in CCS (actually, that was the hairclip Yukito bought her in the first movie. Does that count?).
And that symbol looked to me more like a black feather and a white feather crossing eachother. (Maybe the black feather is someone elses memory. Maybe it’s Syaoran’s! Lol, now I’m getting carried away.)

I noticed too that his cloack is different in Clow Country. that bugs me a little O.o

The cloak is different, but the clothes are very alike… In Clow Country, Seï was wearing clothes that seemed entirely black, not priest-like clothes. And Kamui too is totally in black, not in his usual uniform from X.
Concerning the symbol on the cloaks… A double wing, one of an angel and the other of a demon… That’s definitely X-ish ! It reminds me of a picture a Karen (X Infinity p.54… God I love this artbook !)

Maybe he does change his clothes with every world, but only to that world’s version of what he usually wears. He has to wear black with a cloak, because he wants to look mysterious and slightly evil. It’s the image he’s going for. 😉

Can someone direct me to a good X site where I can find out what the “Seven Seals”, the “Dragons of Heaven”, and the “Dragons of Earth” are??? I haven’t read the manga or seen the anime at all…

Hmm, I want to know who are the others in cloaks. @w@ I wouldn’t mind if Shougo ends up being one of them, a-hah, but until we learn more I don’t know about vampire Subaru showing up… if he does, it would be reserved for very specialness, like how there was only one Seishirou we’ve seen so far and not any alt Seishirou.
Unless, I don’t know, this world has a complete different background history which we have yet to hear, and they’re actually using crossbows because it’s wooden arrows that can slay vampires. 8D~
Randomly, it would be amusing to see a world where Hokuto had been born the Seal rather than Subaru. ;p
