Looks like the BIG news were indeed about a TV anime !

The only thing we know for now is that it’s going to start broadcast on April, 2006. Nothing about Animation Studio, Channel, number of episodes or whatever.

I guess this is all everybody dreamed to happen when we first saw XXXHOLiC and Tsubasa. Both of them having their anime series !

This means: TWO CLAMP series being exhibited AT THE SAME TIME !!!
Actually, 3, since CCS’s 3rd season will be broadcasted on February ^___^ so this is THREE CLAMP series being exhibited.
My gooooooooosh ! I don’t know much about it, if it’s the first time this happens (probably not) but this is surely a rare thing to happen with a Mangaka ! CLAMP is so on the spot ! ^____^
I hope very much that they can do the crossover thing very “chronical”… like, XXXHOLiC’s episode get crossed with Tsubasa’s on the same week, like the magazine.
And I also hope Beetrain doesn’t get it… please let Production IG do it *prays* Although it may be hard to do the crossover thing with different studios -__-

Hope Production IG will be making it! Or Mad House, even better! (But since ProdIG got the movie’s rights, they should be able to make a TV series too). Bee Train… thet didn’t do a bad job, but it certainly didn’t made justice to Yuuko and they can’t match their mother ProdIG ^^U

Yes, I know. I almost deleted the comment. Apparently I’m incoherent when fangirling.
Still, if I was a member of CLAMP I’ll be a lot more careful about who animates Xxxholic after seeing what beetrain did to Tsubasa. I wonder if CLAMP likes the Tsubasa anime… Do they have any saying on who animates it, or it’s just an issue of seeing who offers more money?

I’ve heard from my friend Sakura-chan that they like it very much… watch it every saturday… they said in some of the latest interviews.

Oh～～！ So it was an anime after all! I’m looking forward to it, but since I only have regional TV here(there’s absolute NOTHING on TV over here! Yesterday I ended up watching the horrible Japanese dub of Desperate Housewives…again ;_;) I’m afraid I won’t be able to see it… damn!!! I’m in Japan for god’s sake and now I can watch less Japanese series than before!!! That must be some kind iof REALLY bad joke, right?!?!

Well, it should be fun. Especially if it’s I.G. doing it, and well…. um… if they follow the manga then… there’s an outside chance that a couple of drug store clerks might just show up…. even if it’s just briefly.
Or a scene or two of well drawn Tsubasa folks. Maybe they’ll be flashbacks to Yuuko and Clow.
I shouldn’t get my hopes up.

That’s great news! ^^ (even though my boyfriend and I supposed this would happen sooner or later XD). But, on the other hand… I don’t think we’ll be able to keep up with two series at the same time with only three/four people in staff in our fansub, so we’ll have to choose only one T_T
And I’m “afraid” that Bee Train is a smaller animation division that spawned from Production I.G. XD (see the link at the bottom of their official site)

I hope bee train NOT to get it too!!! i have learned to hate them with TRC anime, but oh well……All I hope with my heart in my hands (omg so tragic sounds that XDDD) is that hour for the anime to be in the night, that way i think the story will be more like the manga, and more creepy elements will be kept….I dont know, I just want it to be a great anime series…..Yuuko deserves it!!! XD so…we`ll see.
