I’m gonna pass the part with Syaoran and the others because I seriously need a translation for that, but I MUST say that Kamui is magnificent ! All the screen tones, all the thick strokes ;_; So pretty… And he really looks like Kyle with those clothes XD But basically he killed/fought with everybody who tried to get in his way because he’s trying to protect what’s in the water 
Now, ON TO THE REAL CLIMAX OF THE CHAPTER
1st: Xing Huo says that, just as she thought, it wasn’t possible to keep the Other!Syaoran sealed.
Comment: OMFG how come? They intended to SEAL him? O.o I thought they couldn’t wait to awake him o.O
2nd: She said she’ll send him to who once had his right eye (aka, Syaoran… or is it Yuuko? O.o).
Comment: So this twists things a bit. Because up to now, I always thought Syaoran was the “copy” of this Syaoran since he has no memory of his past whatsoever, but apparently no, THIS other Syaoran was created after (?) Syaoran. So what he’s gonna do now? Get the other eye? XD
3rd: Xing Huo can only send him ONCE. JUST LIKE YUKITO.
Comment: I don’t know what’s up with this limit, really… why can they only send people through dimensions one time?
4th: OMFG THAT IS CLOW MAGIC CIRCLE !
Comment: The chick is also Clow-related… what the hell o.o *remembers of the splash page with Xing Huo and Sakura* What the hell O.o
5th: Other!Syaoran asks “Why?”
Comment: He doesn’t know a single thing !!! He’s completely lost and totally being manipulated xDDDDDDDDD
6th: Xing Huo says “If only the dream wouldn’t end”
Comment: O___o
7th: He arrives at Yuuko’s shop…
Comment: It’s RAINING (just like in the last XXXHOLiC chapter), Yuuko wears THAT dress and finally, she says “Kita wa ne”… SHE KNEW IT ALL ALONG !!!!
What is she gonna do? Send him to Syaoran? What will be his price? >_< What are they gonna talk? Is Watanuki going to see this? Are WE going to see this on XXXHOLiC too?

I don’t think we’re going to see Other!Syaoran in this HOLiC chapter, it’d be too weird to cut the little girl arc just like this… I want to see the HOLiC side of things, but that’s the only way we’ve got real explanations so far. And I want Yuuko to start talking about Clow again!
The thing about Xing Huo surprised me. Like I said in ‘s post, I thought Fei Wang might have one of those magic circles, but not her. And she’s always striked me as a not-really-evil character, so I’m curious about her. I think she’s more interesting than Fei Wang, not that it’s too difficult. 😛
Also, I don’t know if this means anything, but she’s the first character who sends someone to a different dimension and has sun magic. Everyone else – Yukito, Tomoyo, Fye and Yuuko herself – have moon symbolism going around. Hmmm.

You see, I had read a Fullmetal Alchemist raw before TRC came out. I have new canon for both fandoms, so I can’t be coherent today. Besides, I think the same as Laurus anyway XD
Although before I saw your comments, I thought the magic was from alter!Syaoran and not from her, and my brain clinically died of shock and disgust for ten minutes.

If my memory is correct didn’t Seishirou give up his eye to Yuuko in order to go through different dimensions… please tell me she’s not gonna give other Syaoran his eye!! That would be scarily like X when Fuuma gives Subaru Seishirou’s eye.
And I love all the detail put into Kamui, he looks so mezmerising! And I love his outfit – as you said very Kyle-like.

Perhaps she can only send him once because she needs to be present to invoke the magic to send him, so unless she travels along, she can only send him to one place. Makes sense with Mokona, as Mokona is always with Shaoran-tachi and they can travel to many different dimensions.

that’s right!Besides,there is something more: in chapter 5, volume1 of tsubasa,fye says that one person, even those who have great power and magic, only can send people to another world once in their life. It was so with tomoyo and yukito (fye says he has to be a really good magician to have sent two people, Xiao Lang and Sakura, to yuuko’s world). so it’s only a matter of power.I suppose yuuko can send everybody because they pay their own wish, and she doesn’t waste their own magic (that’s only a theory,^^) I hope I have helped you! by the way, what has happened with the holic chapter?

I kind of got the feeling he was asking “Why would you help me?” *shrugs* I have the theory Xing Huo feels she needs to stop Fei Wong for some reason… the way she says “if the dream doesn’t end..” like something is going to happen. Goes back to Fei Wong’s “dream” from chapter 100. Whatever that is. o_O; Hmm.. but I’m glad to see these other characters getting involved more (yay Yuuko). More interesting than the X people. (*runs before I’m shot* XD)

I definitely agree with you ! I also think she’ll sabotage Fei Wang at some place in the story, I always thought that, in fact, because Ohkawa once said that she should watch her out o.o’

They seem to enjoy removing them from their right place… After they took Seishiro’s in TB they just went on a eye rampage…
Can I suggest another theory for syaoran?
What if they’re both copies?
The first somehow escaped and they created a second (it might be they created the first with the first eye and saved the other eye in case of failure or managed to retrieve one eye from the first Syaoran…)

The two Syaorans arnt clones so much, theyre mirror images. So one is missing the left and one is missing the right eye.
Clow got around didnt he O.o? TRC!Sakura’s dad, CCS!Syaoran’s ansestor, Yuuko…:D I’m assuming it’s the same one.

me and my brother were rereading the series this past week and so this is all fresh in my mind ^.^ its waaay back in volume 1 chapter 5 and to quote the del rey version:
fai: were i to muster all of my magical abilities, just getting myself from one dimension would take all everything i can do. the one who sent syaoran-kun and the one who sent you, kuro-chin, are people with a LOT of magical power. but…i’ll bet it took all they had. i imagine anyone has the power to send someone to another world only ONCE. ……and i think the only one who can send someone to many worlds is the dimension witch.

Firstly absolutly fell in love with the Kamui art in this chapter the bad guy attitude suits seems to suit his face more than the angst does!
Secondly I begin to worry about the Clamp obession with eyes!
It seems likely that the owner of the right eye is Nice Shaoran! as Yuuto is just a way of getting to him…can’t wait to see what his price for dimentional travel is!

Hm…OR MAYBE he’s actually going to get Seishirou’s eye, which I assume was good before he gave it to Yuuko, and which is maybe why Xing Huo sent dark!Syaoran to Yuuko’s shop instead of X world where Syaoran is now. Or maybe she just doesn’t know where our Syaoran is after Yamano country. But maybe it has nothing to do with whether the eye is good or not. Meh. I dunno.

Do you mean the fakeSyaoran? I noticed too that when we first saw the glimpses of the fakeSyaoran he looked really young, around the Syaoran in CCS or something. Then he suddenly grew up to be the same age as the realSyaoran. Does this mean something or did Nekoi-sama’s drawing-style change (that uaually happens with long series)?
I also think that fake- and realSyaorans are both actually clones but then who’s the REAL Syaoran? The Syaoran from CCS, maybe? Fei Wong probably stalked the CCSSyaoran or something, took his blood and made the clones ’cause CCSSyaoran is the strongest magician of Li-family (and a descentand of Clow which is a bonus). Or then CLAMP makes up some really twisted explanation, I don’t know…

Well I never thought that Syaoran is a clone of Other!Syaoran. In fact, they might be one person [one world’s Syaoran] split in two. Think CCS!Clow who became Eriol and Fujitaka. The fact that both of them only have one eye would make sense then. But if our Syaoran has no recollection of his life before Clow and Other!Syaoran doesn’t have a clue, then where are the PresumedOriginal!Syaoran’s memories? [This is starting to get REALLY complicated…]
