The regular one looks sooo pretty! And look at that, the clone is at the deluxe one (and I had to hack CLAMP-NET.COM to get this one xD)!!! Ha! So that makes the Syaoran from the 1st cover the real Syaoran? I confess I didn’t expect the clone to appear at 23, I was expecting it to be the very last cover, sort of closing the circle. ***Volume 23 SPOILER***Does that mean clone!Sakura will have its cover too?***Volume 23 SPOILER***
Tsubasa #23 comes out on March 17th.

The official logo for the upcoming new XXXHOLiC season was announced, as well with its official spelling, XXXHOLiC◆Kei:
XXXHOLiC◆Kei will begin broadcast on April.
On a side note, they still list series composition by Ageha Ohkawa, I guess it’s been announced like that and so it shall stay like that, and only the projects done March 1st onwards shall be credited as Nanase Ohkawa. That’s my two cents on it.
• Code Geass:
Not sure if this is old news (I’m completely clueless when it comes to Code Geass xD), but just in case, the new season of Code Geass will begin broadcast on Sunday, April 6.

It was probably because of all the conflict between the charas themselves? Syao and Saku were busy angsting, drawing them all fluffy hugging each other would’ve been kinda random.

Yay, no more breaks for Tsubasa for now! And I love the normal edition cover (*3*) It’s been long since we had Sakura on the cover.
Regarding xxxHolic… I can’t say I didn’t expect another break. I just hope the story with Kohane ends soon, because having a small part of it every two months is not making it easy to read ;;;

I’m SO glad I pre-ordered 23normal+OVADVD already and I think I will actually add up the 23 Deluxe edition too since a clone|Syaoran cover is something not to miss!!! XD XD XD XD
I was actually expecting the SxS cover but I didn’t think it would look THAT good!! o__O
As for deluxe book1 being real|Syaoran I don’t think so : I think it’s simply clone Syaoran too but before he loses the heart…at least I sure hope it’s like that because I REALLY WANNA HAVE A SOLO R|SYAORAN COVER WITH HIS SWORD!!! (+chinese clothing+yin-yang symbol+a moon…etc…ohohohoho!!!! :P)

Well, physically speaking, there are 2 bodies with the name ‘Syaoran’ in TRC but uuhh ‘mentally'(?) we got three diferents personalities which would explain why there could be various covers (+the fact he is the ‘hero’).
Anyway, seeing the first cover, I really don’t get the feeling this is Real|Syaoran at all…
Btw, Do you remember what I told you about the Clamp in Cardland book? I’m actually going to receive it *much* sooner then I expected : I will be getting in 3-4 days and not at the end of March ^__^
I will see the contain when I get it and if it’s worth scanning I will be sharing it 🙂

I don’t know a single thing about the contain of this book, this is why I told you I would check it first; but if there are such pictures as you said then I will DEFINITELY scan them!! It’s 100% sure I will ^__~
It’s such a waste the book is in pocket size (18cm*13cm*1.3cm) : if it was bigger then the pictures would be so much better when scanned…I sure hope the pics will take at least most of the pages!!!

I’m going to stop reading this blog. Sorry but it’s ruined so many of the plots in the manga for me and now you’ve just ruined what surprise I would have gotten when clone Sakura pops up.
Is it too much to ask to post spoiler warnings about events/characters that haven’t happened in the English translated version yet?

We tend to wrongly think that just because the big majority reads and follows the japanese chapters, it means everybody does. But it doesn’t, and I should keep that in mind more often.
It was totally my mistake, you came here seeking for news and then you find such spoiler, I feel very terrible right now.
It’s your choice not to visit my LJ anymore, I would be very sad to lose a reader. I’m gonna be more careful with spoilery posts from now on, and make sure to put a warning in case I mention some. I edited today’s post because I don’t want the same thing to happen to anyone else.
But it’s up to you, thank you for reading my LJ to this point! My sincere apologies for what happened today ._.

Wow, seriously thanks for such a kind response! After rereading my post I realise how harsh I may have sounded so please don’t take it personally at all.
But I think I may still be saying goodbye (even though I don’t post that often I’m a daily reader and RSS subscriber). As of now, posts and (moreso) comments have ruined, clone Syaoran, Faye’s eye, vampire Faye, Watanuki and Domeki’s eyes, Kurogane’s past… and now clone Sakura. Almost every twist in this series has been ruined for me. Kind of feel like people who wait for the legal release are being punished somehow.
Again, no offence, and thanks for the heartfelt reply. I just can’t risk it again.

Are you sure? I would say they do ruin a lot. What if you see a Syaoran with a blue eye? And a Fye wearing an eye-patch?

Hahaha I see your point here, though ^^” I never said “I can’t wait for Vampire Faye!” (I know you were just paraphrasing xD), but I might have said something of the sort of “The privilege Figure is Vampire Fye”. But then again, it’s complicated, because it IS a news, you know? It was first announced in the CLAMP in 3-D LAND DEBUT! event, by CLAMP themselves. So it’s complicated to censor things like that.
But it was good that you pointed out this problem, although you might be in minority here (because I think the majority follows the japanese chapters), I will take this in consideration. I’m gonna add a disclaimer in my userinfo saying that this LiveJournal might contain spoilers of text and graphic nature given that it deals with the latest japanese news and thus, the latest chapters of CLAMP’s current mangas. That way, at least I can say that I have warned ^^

I think this is the first time that I prefer the regular tankoubon cover rather than the deluxe one, don’t get me wrong, I love Syaoran Cloney (bad, bad joke) but it seems incredibly tamed and not as fierce as I hoped it would be, maybe the close up is giving me a wrong impression. I sure hope clone Sakura earns another cover, she deserves it.
I wonder who will be the last one on the cover though… this reminds me, I need to start buying the deluxe ones AGAIN, I’m only up to number 12…

Me too. At first, I was thinking the last cover would be Kimihiro or clone Shaoran which are already out. Mabye we will have two characters on the last? Shao and Sakura? s for the 24th cover, it might be Kyle or Fei Wang. We’ll see 😀

I would say it’s real!Syaoran and clone!Sakura. Since Syaoran has both eyes brown and they are wearing their Nihon outfits ^^
