The cover of volume 8 of the CLAMP PREMIUM COLLECTION edition of Chobits has been announced!

Beautiful wedding illustration with both bride and groom wearing white.
This is one of the best covers of the entire series (my favorite along with volume 1). It’s the only one featuring a male character and one of the few color illustrations of Hideki (maybe only the 3rd time, if you count that one where he is in bed and we can see his back).
The eighth and final volume is coming out on October 4th.
This concludes Chobits‘ run in CLAMP PREMIUM COLLECTION! I’m excited to know which Kadokawa title will be next!

It was really nice indeed, but it was such a cheat to have one volume per month, I hope it doesn’t become the rule from now on

RG Veda would be so interesting. We’ve already seen Ashura in this new style, but I don’t think we’ve seen the rest of the cast, right?
I’m also hoping for Kobato, see if a new edition convinces Spanish printers to localize it again, it’s extremely hard to find these days!

Ohhh Kobato., right…! Its 6 volumes is a good guess to balance over Chobits’ 8 volumes.
And yeah, we haven’t really seen the rest of the RG Veda cast in the new style o.o I’m curious as well!

The cover is amazing!
We got a wedding picture of Chi and Hideki, YEY! And poor Hideki especially! There are almost no color illustrations of him…!
The next series is going to be CLAMP School Detectives, coming out January 10th 2025!
It’s written on the obi of the Chobits volumes, you can check it out on Amazon Japan 🙂
There are only 3 volumes so we won’t be waiting too long for the next titles to come out, meanwhile it seems like the fandom will be able to breath this end of the year after emptying their wallets during the summer at the Exhibit XD
