Guest: Mika Kikuchi (Mokona’s seiyuu in XXXHOLiC and Tsubasa)

– Mika Kikuchi is 24 years old, she sounds like 16 xD
– She likes musical movies (see below…)
– She talks about how she loves to sing and dance. She has worked in musicals such as Annie and Battle Royale II earlier in her career.
– She whispers a lot xD
– Did I get it right? She applied for Sakura’s role in the first place?
– She FAILED the tongue twister challenge, poor thing xD
– Other than singing, she like to play futsal. She plays with the rest of the Tsubasa crew. She says Miyu Irino is very good at it xD She said the team’s name but I didn’t quite get.
– She likes fondant chocolate for Valentine and she’s quite strong against alcohol.
– Talk about Tsubasa Tokyo Revelations. Someone sent an e-mail asking which Mokona she liked the most, black or white. I think she dodged that question by suggesting she liked both.
– She says playing both Mokonas in the Holitsuba Drama CDs was really though.
I’m not very happy with her role as Mokona, I find her voice more annoying than kawaii, but she sounds like a very nice person.
I’m pretty sure the next guest will be Daisuke Namikawa, Fye’s seiyuu (if not the next, then the one after that). So stay tuned, Namikawa fans!

WOW~~~ are you serious!? I remember listening to Mokona’s voice.. she DIDN’T sound older than me AT ALL!!

WOW *another shock* ~~ I am SO GLAD Makino Yui got Sakura’s role!!! Makino Yui is SO MUCH better… she has that cute, delicate yet sweet voice.

Yeah, but I kind of liked Mika Kikuchi’s voice as Mokona. I think in one of previous internet radio (the one that has the recorded message during the party of Tsubasa Chronicle, I think #7) she mentioned that she applied Sakura’s role in the first place.

Oh god, I can’t imagin her voice on Sakura o.O I’m sooooooo glad she didn’t get it.
I think her voice can be cute from time to time but overall it’s just ok.

And… I rather like her as Mokona ^^;; Or rather… even though I was a little suprised at it in the beginning, I’ve gotten used to it (and would probably throw a tantrum if they changed the VA. hahaha I’m childish like that. ^^)

I think Kikuchi has a good voice for Mokona. Isn’t Mokona supposed to be annoying actually? So I think it suits her ^-^
