What a cute episode! This anime is overwhelmingly cute.
The cat is adorable, its actions looked so real XD
I was worried that Piffle Pizza wouldn’t appear, but I was glad to see that in the end it did =)
When they were looking around for someone to keep Milk, it became very clear of the small “world” that has been established in this anime. They visited people and places that appeared in previous episodes, and that really helps to build this “world” which I mentioned.
I like concurrent characters, you know? I don’t like when they introduce a supposed new character just for the sake of that episode and such character never appears again. What they are doing here is creating this world. They went to Chiroru, Kohaku’s place, the natto tent from episode 1, etc.
And in the end the old lady to kept the cat is the same from episode 1! And that same lady will probably show up again when they throw the bazaar. I really appreciate those “connections” in a series. It makes you think that the lady is really living happily with the cat, she’s not just some goner.

I loved that even Doumoto showed up, and he is SUCH a nice guy, trying to find someone to keep Milk. Too bad he likes a straight guy, poor him xD

I totally loved this episode…the animation was way better than the previous episode…Kobato singing again was, at least for me, really unexpected…Chiho and Chise were great, I loved their participation…I’m glad I can see a bit more of them in the anime since in the manga we haven’t seen them that much and I don’t think in Chii when I see them which is great :]

Yeah, the animation was back to “normal” again =) I’m loving that we can see more of the secondary characters, but they haven’t even mentioned their “papa” yet, that’s weird. I so hope that CLAMP will feed us with that kind of fanservice.

Yes he is!!! Sometimes he reminds me of Yukito. But Yukito was much more light-headed.

You have a point. He looks so much more grumpier in the anime. Kobato called him “meanie” two times already, I don’t think she did that in the manga.

SO DO I!!…but I think that, unfortunately, won’t happen because we haven’t seen him in the manga (CLAMP hasn’t even mentioned him!…we just assume Icchan takes part of Kobato’s world beacuse of Chitose’s surname ;___;) but let’s just wait, cross fingers and see 😀

No…she hasn’t so far…and it doesn’t seem she is going to say it, I really hope Fujimoto can be a more likeale character soon.

I love this episode!!!!!!!!!!!
I especially love the end when Milk was taken in by the old lady from episode 1. Kobato’s song is so pretty, hearing it again makes me happy. Have you guys noticed that Fujimoto doesn’t say Kobato’s name at all, kind of like CCS Syaoran did in the beginning w/ Sakura? 🙂

OMG, if there is one thing I find more adorable than Kobato. it’s cats!
So I was completely blissed out on this episode! I don’t think I stopped smiling or ‘awwwwwww’ing the entire way through!
I like the fact that they used established characters and places too. And it was nice to see the Chii-twins used again.
I still don’t think that the insert song is that good. It’s too high for the seiyuu.
It was also nice to see the softer side of Fujimoto. They’ve been holding him back a little, thus far, so it’s good to see!

I LOOOOOOOVE cats, and Madhouse did such a great job animating Milk! He is adorable XD
I’m not particularly fond of the song either, but it doesn’t bother me as well.

I was completely charmed by Milk chomping on Ioryogi’s ears and tail! He was such a typical kitten!
I don’t hate the song, but I just wish she wasn’t straining for those high notes. It doesn’t come across as a ‘song comparable to an angel’s’ to me.

Another episode that I enjoyed. The best thing about it is exactly what you described. The recurring characters.
And I loved seeing Ioryogi getting tormented by the cat. xD

I noticed that Kobato never eats too! but it’s bad for me,’cause it makes me think that she’s not human, and (don’t know why but) I want her so bad to be human XD
oh, and I have a cuestion.. where does it say that Kobato can’t fall in love with the ones she heals? I’m argentinian, and I can’t find that in any chapter :S

It was from an ad promoting Kobato. It never says that in the manga/anime. Somehow the ad got passed around and that bit of information got passed along too.

I love the Kobato. universe they’re creating too, it makes the story feel so much more solid. Doumoto is the sweetest guy ever ♥ Looks like he’s in need of a few hugs though.

I really like RG Veda, it was CLAMP’s masterpiece, I believe it was the work that majorly made CLAMP to what they are now..
