The reasons for total lack of updates are basically two, one is total lack of news, and two, I have been using all my energy and time to finish my graduation work. I graduate in two weeks time and things are simply insane. Long, long journey is finally coming to an end. Wish me luck, I will need it xD
But I’m keeping one eye at the work and the other at the news, don’t worry, I’ll post if anything happens, always ^_~
So! Let’s write about this week’s chapters =)

Tsubasa:
I liked this chapter’s cover. Clone’s expression is so unusual.
Since Syaoran remembers of everything prior to the time warp, I wonder if Syaoran is actually older than he looks. I think he does. I think his body might have shrunk but everything else didn’t. I mean, he lived those 7 years two times! So he would be somewhere around 21? xD
I have never thought that the reason of Fye being twins might be due to the distortion caused by Syaoran’s wish O.o That’s so interesting! So that means the time warp affected not only Clow but all the other worlds? Surely it could have been the case, or maybe is just like Fye said that this is just Syaoran taking all the blame to himself (like we knew he would). I guess we’ll never find out, but I like the possibility.
Later on they get all adorable towards Syaoran, specially Fye XD I love Syaoran’s eyes in here.
So seems like the Clow flashbacks are over, for now at least? We still must see how the second version of Clow took place, how King Clow ended up there and where is Nadeshiko (probably dead).
But I do hope they’ll move forward now. Something must happen to make Syaoran loose his gloves and googles, get all beat up to go inside that tube.

Another revealing chapter. So the reason why Watanuki fell off the window was because Syaoran almost lost his life in Tokyo? Oh my, ingenious! Watanuki, unconsciously, must have thought it was “unfair” to live should his other self die. I bet none of us thought of this!
What about Himawari, then? What about the “bad luck” talk? Does it really have anything to do with it?
Now I’m even more convinced that back on Chapter 132, when Watanuki’s surroundings turned all reversed and he saw a world “without Watanuki”, I’m sure that it must be related to when Sakura changed the future in Infinity, when her body was split in two, where Syaoran was supposed to die, huummm. Both events happened around the same period. Syaoran being attacked and Watanuki falling from the window didn’t happen at the exact same week, there was an interval of one month.
And we now have the meaning of Watanuki’s first name, Kimihiro. “Seek you out”? You never cease to amaze me, Ohkawa! I always wondered about “Kimi” since it’s the same kanji for “you”, wondered if there was a bigger meaning behind it. But I never thought of “seek you out”, obviously @_@

At the time I saw the scene in which Watanuki fell I thought it was really artificious. How can someone fall in that unnatural way?
Sure it could have been Himawari’s bad luck doing but maybe it wasn’t. What if Watanuki, “feeling” bad luck on his back, intentionally (but unconciously) decided to lean on the window?

Congratulations on (almost) graduating! I’m a fourth year who just declared a double major and wants to go on Co-op. =P I still have some work to do… but I like going school.
I didn’t really Kurogane punched Syaoran until Fai mentioned it. I thought he just grabbed Syaoran’s head and messed up his hair. But agreed on the adorable factor with Syaoran, Kurogane, Fai and Mokona. ^^ I’m really curious about what started the timeline we see at the start of the story. Particularly in relation to chapter 33 (the last time we see Touya and Yukito in the “present” Clow Kingdom).
Maybe Himawari is a consequence of creating a Sakura clone? The clone was blessed with the luck of the gods, but Himawari is the exact opposite to balance the duality created when Syaoran made his wish.

Actually, that makes a scary amount of sense o_o if you think about it, the time when Sakura gave away her luck for a wish could match the time Himawari got Pinpopo, who’s supposed to counterbalance her bad luck somehow.

It would, actually, make a lot of sense why watanuki likes himawari the way he does. I mean:

that would explain why watanuki is so crazy about her. and coonsidering that they don’t have to be physically similars…

I think that Himawari’s bad luck was a red herring in that particular case. But everything else was her fault.
On the contrary, I do think we have a good chance of seeing whether or not Fai was originally supposed to be twins. Logically, if Shaoran does succeed in restarting time from when the princess was seven, the distortion will be ironed out. Of course we’re hoping that Doumeki & co. manage to keep Watanuki in existence, but who’s looking out for Kurogane and Fai? And what will happen to Shaoran Jr.? Will their pasts, and the entire journey, simply be erased? I’d hate it if that happened, but I don’t think it’s impossible.

This TRC chapter freaked me out for one reason and one reason only: I kept thinking that the next page would switch to flashback. I know that the flashbacks were to clarify and all, but they were boring as heck. And yeah, his eyes.
Lol, I love chapter 132 since I got a hundred on a story I wrote based off the idea.
And I didn’t catch everything you did because either a). I read them too fast, or b). my brain can’t handle stuff like that. Probably B.

I liked the flashbacks, they were so revealing, but I understand the urge to see some progression in the main storyline.

Himawari’s got bad luck, no doubt about that, but her bad luck was just used by Watanuki as a way to kill himself. In other words, it was a fortunate coincidencehitsuzen. She’s around, she’s got the bad luck mojo, Watanuki capitalized on that and tried to kill himself.

Hm~ I wonder if that somehow unconsciously affected C!Syao too, since he was so devastated about changing Shara’s past. Or it might just be CLAMP trying to set a theme.

I think it was a bit of both. Changing the past of Shara is extremely important to the plot (according to Ohkawa in Kiseki’s interview). I would say we are gonna see more time changes soon.

Good luck with all your graduation work! Coursework was the bane of my existance when in school and college…one of the main reasons why I couldn’t face university! I’m still looking for a place that only has exams and no assessments!
I would love to know if CLAMP could use the rewind to affect any of their other works (mostly X…I’ve always wondered how all their modern Tokyo worlds can fit in one universe, like they say they do, if one of them is about the end of days…although Chobits and Angelic Layer seem exempt, even if the characters still exist). Syaoran having rewound all the deaths in X and leaving them all alive to have crackish adventures might be my new crack canon!
Whilst I loved the flashbacks, I can wait to see how all the new information we’ve received will affect the upcoming storylines in Tsubasa and HOLiC. I adored the family moment in Tsubasa, it was lovely to see with the lack of Fay and Kurogane for the last several chapters. And I loved the ‘Kimihiro’ meaning and Yuuko’s ‘some of what you know is a lie’ line. It gives me hope that CCS!Sakura and Syaoran might not be dead (I just can’t accept that CLAMP could have killed them).
Also, does that mean that Watanuki and Syaoran’s real names are Li Watanuki? Because that’s the impression I got from the scanlation I read.

Me too! The flashbacks were necessary, but I’m ready for some development now.

Indeed. But at the same time, in another moment she says that they had to die to protect him or something. I don’t think CLAMP will kill them permanently either.

I agree, I liked the cover of Tsubasa.
These two chapters revealed that both Syaoran and Watanuki, resulted by Syaoran’s decision 7 years ago and cannot be disappeared, are loved by people around them. Very warm chapters.
I actually loled at Mokona’s eyes when Kurogane hit Syaoran’s head with his fake arm (lightly)!! I know!! Syaoran was so cute when Yuuy hit his face lightly (patted?).

Good luck with graduation! I’m almost done with my undergrad., December, so I totally understand a little of what you’re going through.
I liked this chapter of TRC mainly for the warm fuzzy stuff from Kurogane and Fay for Syaoran. And Fay actually touched Syaoran! It’s about time.
The theory about Watanuki purposely using Himawari to kill himself is really sad and angsty. Though it would make sense.

but i’m agree with you Xiao jr is 21 or 22 years old so only a litle younger than Kurogane!!, but he miss all his teen ages!! that’s why he don’t know how to drink and other stuffs, but in his thouths you can clearly see he is older.

I Must confess both chapters moved me to point of tears… ;___;
I felt so sad for Shaoran…. and Fai was so incredibly sweet! (Kurogane too…. in his own particular “harsh-daddy” way xD )
And holic ;___; poor poor Watanuki!!! Every chapter that passes only makes me love Him, CCS!Sakura mommy and CCS!Shaoran Daddy MOOOOORE!!!! ;__;

aah, i remember that cover with syaoran in the floor, surrounded with broken glasses. in that moment it was really confusing but stunning.
now we can see it was a kind of metaphore of that thing of “sharing risks of loosing their lifes” between them. who was going to suppouse that syaoran and watanuki share their existence in that moment? xD
