The Witch’s Castle and the Secret Channel cover:
Amazon.jp has announced a bigger version for the cover of The Witch’s Castle and the Secret Channel, the children’s book written by Yoko Tsukumo for which CLAMP drew the illustrations for.
Just like the first one, Tsubaki Nekoi is in charge of the drawings and colorization (CG).
Second Season of Code Geass announced:
This new is a bit old already, but here we go…
The April issue of Newtype magazine (on sale) announced that a second season of Code Geass is in the works. There has been a lot of rumors and speculations before the official announcement, but only now it has been confirmed. The magazine does not say, however, when this new season will start.
The official site of the series mentions that an OVA and a Movie are under negotiations, but nothing has been confirmed yet.
Great news for the Code Geass fans huh? But we are not surprised, not a bit xD Code Geass was the huge hit of this season, the DVDs reached number #1 very easily in the various charts. Let’s hope this new season will feature new characters so that CLAMP can do new character designs ^__^

Yeah, Parody is cool (“my girl won’t you play the guitar now? Jya, won’t you give me the beat?” xD), Distance was the first CD I liked of her, maybe that’s why I’m a little tired of it (because I listened too much xD) Right now I like Deep River (which I HATED at first, go figure xDDDD)
It’s a real shame we can’t get more of “The Witch” series, the drawings must be very cute xDDD

^^; Whenever I saw the cover, I thought “Are these supposed to be CLAMP character cameos?!” The one with glasses is definitely a brown-haired Watanuki, the other guy a happier Doumeki, the one with the hat (for whatever reasons) makes me think of a Misaki/Suki mix ^^;; heheh.
Never got to watch Code Geass though… ^^;; So no commenting there…

I’m still wondering WHY they didn’t do TRC and XXXHOLiC. The anime of Tsubasa should be starting NOW in order to show all episodes with no breaks between seasons, it would end together with the manga.
Production IG did XXXHOLiC. It wasn’t that good either, they messed Yuuko up big time.

The illustration for the book is cute (but I can’t distinguish Mokona’s design that Nekoi’s design…I thought it was from Mokona é-è, I have to practice more observation of CLAMP’s drawing XD)

A second Season of Code Geassis confirmed? That is great! I was wondering how they would fit all the yet unpresented characters with only 5 episodes to go (like the daugther of the japanese businessman or the last brother of Euphelia, Clovis, Shneisel and Cornelia). A second season sounds like a solution.
